ABOUT ME!!! ⭐️
I’ve always felt like I noticed things a little differently.

I picked up on the little things, overthought the “why” behind people’s actions, and became fascinated by how people think, feel, and respond to the world around them. The more I learned about psychology, the more I fell in love with understanding the brain and human behavior.

I’ve always loved listening to people…. their goals, struggles, fears, and dreams. I love helping people step outside of their own heads, challenge the perspectives holding them back, and find a way forward.

College softball played a huge role in shaping me. Being a D1 athlete taught me about pressure, confidence, failure, comparison, identity, and the mental game. I learned firsthand how easy it is to let negativity take over, and how much can change when we learn to manage our thoughts instead of letting them manage us.

Some of my hardest seasons also shaped what I want to give to others. I wish I had someone who could have helped me step back, see things differently, and remind me I wasn’t alone.

That’s a huge part of why I’m here now. I don’t believe anyone should have to walk through this crazy life alone.

Life coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on where you are, where you want to go, and helping you build the mindset, clarity, confidence, habits, and perspective to move forward.

I’m currently accepting virtual clients and using this platform to create a space where you can learn, grow, and gain insight you may not have had before.

Here’s to becoming more than the version of yourself you thought you had to be. by @bybrookcoaching
