BEYONDER [biˈjɒndə(r)] n. (néologisme, XXIᵉ siècle)

ÉTYMOL. De l’anglais beyond (« au-delà »), et du suffixe -er, désignant celui qui incarne ou traverse un état.

1. Personne qui choisit de dépasser les limites imposées, de transformer chaque rencontre, chaque expérience ou chaque obstacle en mouvement.

2. Individu animé par une curiosité permanente, qui explore, crée et construit des passerelles entre les personnes, les idées et les disciplines.

MOMENTUM IS 🔛

Beyond thrilled to present my first-ever solo show in a museum.

I’m incredibly proud to unveil MOMENTUM, an exhibition retracing twenty years of photography, encounters and projects created alongside artists who have inspired me, challenged me and made me dream. ✨

Presenting this body of work in such a magnificent institutional setting means more to me than I can express. It represents the very essence of BEYONDER: celebrating the artists we admire @tania.mouraud, @futuradosmil, @z__e__v__s , @felipepantone , @peter.klasen , @kaws , @invaderwashere , @jr , @tanc1979 , @simonberger.art , @vhils , Daniel Buren, and many others. Sharing their worlds and creating meaningful connections through art.

And this is only the beginning… many surprises are yet to be revealed.

I would like to sincerely thank all the artists who trusted me and allowed me to present this work. Your support throughout this journey has been invaluable.

A heartfelt thank you to @letouquetparisplage and @museedutouquet for their trust and for making this exhibition possible.

I truly hope you will enjoy discovering MOMENTUM as much as I enjoyed imagining, developing and bringing it to life.

Last days to see INTERSTICE @vhils soloshow at @magdadanysz

A body of works inspired by Marc Augé notion of “non-places”, Vhils looks at Paris through its spaces of transit.

The metro, trains, passages, and everyday moments of transition.

Some of the pieces captures suspended fragments of urban life: fleeting presences, anonymous encounters, and the traces left behind within the constant flow of movement in harmony with urban life. Through sanding, scraping, tearing and fragmentation, these time-worn surfaces are transformed.

A reflection on fleeting encounters, collective memory, and the fragile human presence that remains within the rhythm of the city.
