What would you make room for?
More mornings outside. A porch where conversations linger. A place you’re happy to come back to.

Sometimes, a piece of land gets you thinking about more than a house. You begin to picture the everyday life you’d love to have.

Are Lewisburg home prices coming down?

September’s numbers show lower asking prices:
⬇️Median listing price: $372,500, down $16,500 from August.
⬇️Median listing price per square foot: $198, down from the $214 high in June@but still $5 higher than last September.

Buying? A lower market median doesn’t tell you how much less a seller might accept. Recent comparable sales, time on the market and previous price reductions help put an offer into perspective.

Selling? The price per square foot offers context but your land, condition, and location help explain where your home fits.

These are asking prices for available homes in Lewisburg, WV, rather than completed sale prices. Changes in which homes are for sale can shift the numbers, too.

What does that mean for the home you’re buying or selling? Message us, and we’ll take a closer look with you.
