HOW IT STARTED VS HOW IT’S GOING NOW
Push/ Planche edition 🙌🏽💪🏽

Push (planche specifically) has never been my strongest and I have always struggled with the biomechanics and mind-muscle connection to improve and perform at a high level. Also training it incorrectly for years doesn’t help 😅

But now with some guidance and help from Coach @angel_acostasw , awesome training partners around me, & my Faith, work ethic, discipline, & belief level at an all time high…. We’re doing it ⚔️🚀 still a long ways to go! All glory to God ✝️

Everyone’s journey is different, my planche journey vs my frontlever journey have looked very different even. Stop comparing to others, show up for yourself, believe in yourself, put in the work and your time will come 🙌🏽 by @cadehardin_sw

6 years later… some things look the same 😁💪🏽 and some things are very different. For us, the main difference is having Jesus at the center of our marriage now and the difference it has made. He saved our marriage before it almost fell apart 🙏🏽✝️ Oh and the 2 pups 🐶🐶😁Thankful for all ups and downs, the people in our lives, the blessings, and our growth as a family 🙏🏽 by @cadehardin_sw
