Coos Catering!

💌 by @cafecoos

MATCHA LAVENDER TOMPOUCE

Together with @bolt_nederland we came up with a limited edition pastry to celebrate their new campagne. We gave the very Dutch and very classic ‘tompouce’ a slight makeover.

2 sheets of buttery puff pastry, matcha pastry cream, lavender whipped cream and matcha glaze.

The first 100 are offered by Bolt so make sure to come early to get yours.

On the counter tomorrow at 09:00 and available all weekend as long as stocks last. by @cafecoos

Already reminiscing about the days when our front looked like this.

As you may have noticed, our facade is currently covered in scaffolding. Please bear with us a little longer while we get through the works!

We’re open as usual, so don’t let the chaos outside scare you off. Come on in, grab a coffee, something to eat, and settle in.

And yes — you can still sit on our benches. In fact, the scaffolding has its perks: a little extra shelter from the rain and wind ☔️

See you through the scaffolding! by @cafecoos

End of summer compot: blue/blackberry & lavender 🫐🪻

Some of you might remember these flavours from the very first day we opened, because this is the first seasonal compot we made.

We are slowly settling into our fall menu, but before that, a little appreciation to our favourite food season 🩵 by @cafecoos

Our Hangop Granola Bowl is getting a seasonal make-over again. For the past 2 months, apricots have been the star of the show, but they have to make way for blueberries and blackberries to enter the stage. Cooked with lavender and lemon, our berry compote is here to stay until the first leaves start hitting the ground 🫐🍃

On our menu very very soon… by @cafecoos
