A bit of skatepark fun whilst on hols in the Isle of Wight. Sandown Skatepark is 👌. It’s got floodlights 💡. #bmx #bmxforlife #skatepark #jumps by @cairnesr

Quick and 💨 trip to @southseaskatepark before heading over to the Isle of Wight. They both thought it was 👌👍👌. We’re gonna definitely come back. #bmx #skatepark #jumps by @cairnesr

A very 🥶 winter strength and conditioning session with @bmxbuday at @mertonsaintsbmxclub yesterday. #bmx #bmxforlife #bmxracing #strengthandconditioning #faster by @cairnesr

It wouldn’t be half term, without a skate park in the Cairnes household. 😂 Half term hols started early for Will and Molly, and a bit of fun at Reigate Skate Park. No half day for Emmeline. ☹️#bmx #skatepark #bmxforlife by @cairnesr

No one likes a ‘mechanical’, especially in the run up to a race weekend. I just wanted to say a BIG thank you 🙏 to @cogsworkshop for all your help this week. Fantastic bike build as always 👌🔧🛠️. The boy is back on the 🚴 and loving his new @meybobikes frame. Looking forward to Rd1 @deepsouthbmx at @knightwoodbmxclub this weekend. 👍👊🔥@mertonsaintsbmxclub #bmx #bmxracing #mertonsaints #bikemechanic #meybo by @cairnesr

Yesterday marked the end of an era as Paul Hunt wrapped up his final day as the @pedalhounds race organiser. 🏁
Our BMX race circuit schedule meant we couldn’t make it yesterday, and it’s stopped us from hitting as many rounds over the years as we wanted, but we have always absolutely loved these events. To say a BIG thank you to Paul for everything, here is a photo dump of our best @pedalhounds_emtb moments—including a remarkably tiny Will Cairnes! 🥹👇.
Thank you, Paul, for the incredible races and memories. We can’t wait to keep supporting Pedalhounds events in the future! 🙌🚲

What an incredible start to the Winter Series for @mertonsaintsbmxclub ! 🏆
Round 1 of the @thelondonbmxseries was awesome today, with the club racking up a brilliant 8 🥇wins on their home track!
Super proud of Emmeline, Molly, and Will, who pulled off a family clean sweep in the Expert categories:
🥇 Emmeline – 1st Place | Expert Female U6
🥇 Molly – 1st Place | Expert Female U7-8
🥇 Will – 1st Place | Expert Male U11-12
And Dad also put in a shift as Pen Marshal today, so I definitely deserve a well-earned beer! 🍺
Massive congrats to all the @mertonsaintsbmxclub riders today - what a start to the winter! 💨🚴‍♂️
