Best advice on how to stay fit?
.....MAKE IT FUN! 💛🩵
If you truly want to make fitness a lifestyle and something you enjoy, my biggest tip is integrating fun events into your journey that make it feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable. Adding in events such as fun runs, exercise classes, sport teams, spartan races etc, it allows you to push yourself while also doing it in a way that you can have fun in

I OFFICIALLY RAN MY FIRST HALF MARATHON 🥇🚀🔥🏃🏼‍♀️💨

I'm a few weeks late, but I just wanted to come on here and talk about my experience.

Running a half marathon was one of the most physically and mentally challenging things I've ever done but I wouldn't of changed it for the world, pushing through the pain at every Km made me realise that I can do anything I put my mind to.
My furtherst run before my half marathon was 19km and that felt fine, but doing 21km as a race with everyone around you raises your endorphin's and makes you push much harder than you anticipated.
At every km I kept having to remind myself "your body will give up before your mind", running is such a mental game more than it is physical and that's why our minds and what we say to our self TRULY MATTERS!.

Finishing the half marathon gave my such an immense sense of pride in myself and truly made me realise that i really can push through an challenges I come across.

Anyone that has been debating running a half marathon, or even a 10/5km, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!
Our bodies truly can do amazing things 🤍💪🏼
