For those who’ve missed the brief
follow @theartfulduckproject to see the art entries as they come in.

I’m running a fundraiser for 2 very worthy local causes. @kotandover who support children from disadvantaged backgrounds with camps and mentoring, and supporting @smb_cricket_club who are leading the project for a new community sports pavilion for St Mary Bourne Parish encouraging kids into sport and away from screens.

The project is in two halves. First up is the amateur art competition open to all ages. So far 80+ children and 50+ adults have signed up. Still time to join up message me and follow @theartfulduckproject

The other half is a as professional artist celebrity and sports personality entries to an Artful Duck exhibition and auction. Closing date for this section is 31st January by @cal.kremer

ECHO O O O - Yesterday a new client came in and experienced Bowen Therapy for the first time. She described the sensation she felt following Bowen moves like an ECHO. I love this. A bowen move is like turning on a light switch or plug socket and seeing if its connected to the fuse box (in our case the Brain) the 2 minute gap between sets of moves is where a conversation takes place bouncing messages back and forth for the body to find the correct response to instigate repair. by @cal.kremer

Thank you for all the lovely birthday messages.

Bonus: reached the age where I can get a seniors half price ticket on the most expensive ferry ride in the world! I might visit the fam in Cowes more often now.

I’m making the celebrations last at least 59(+1)days! 🥂 so if you need an excuse to get out call me! by @cal.kremer

Working with Emma, who runs multiple fitness classes, has been all about keeping her knees away from the surgeons knife for as long as we can, yet give Emma the best function possible under the circumstances.

We take on the stance of the positions we spend most time in. How we stand, sit, carry, move translates to our overall alignment and affects how tall we look.

Up cycling the old slate house sign. Turn it over. Add chalk. Hang.

A gentle reminder to check in with your breathing. Take a long slow exhale pause and Just Breathe
