Beating the heat can be tough with dogs, so I’ve put together a guide of dangers and alternative strategies away from the sun. See The Savvy Mutt blog for more. #beattheheat #summerdogs by @cali.willow.diaries

Yep, bedtime is no joke. She can’t sleep without mom.♥️ #bossydog #dogmomlife by @cali.willow.diaries

Been working slowly on recall and today she came to me from voice alone, without seeing me! She’s starting to get it!! 🙌🏼♥️ by @cali.willow.diaries

Cali loves Freezbones. They really help lower her crazy energy and focuses her attention longer than other freeze products.

We fill them with low-fat ingredients like non-fat yogurt, dog broth, Woof mixes, treat “dust”, pup whipped cream, bananas, PB (minimal) and other clean treats.

Right now, all products on the @thefreezbone website are 15% OFF! So click my LINK IN BIO to purchase. Discount is automatic (no code needed). #dogenrichment #doglife #freezbone #calmdog by @cali.willow.diaries

We had a very hectic day, so Cali didn’t quite reach me or her bed before she passed out. This is what great naps are made of!! 🙌🏼😴 by @cali.willow.diaries

I just recently purchased a few #Freezbone products, and I am loving them! They are WAY sturdier and more enriching (last longer and more enriching than others we've used in the past. Made of thick natural rubber.

You can't see how deep the orange Freezbone is (top), but Cali is an expert at lick mats, but this is different. She only got halfway through before I put back in the freezer for later, because it took her so long!

The blue one is much shallower, but works great for Willow, who is not very good at these yet, and her tongue is smaller.

There are so many fun shapes and sizes, so there's something for everyone, and they also sell some great, natural treats to use in them.

This is my first attempt.

For the orange one, I used: bananas, dog bone broth, pup whipped cream, and some Woof Calming Treat Mix.

For the blue one, I used: dog bone broth, treat "dust", liver, and bacon flavored pup whipped cream.

I gotta be honest, I really enjoyed making these for the girls....a little bit of an art project! 😍

See LINK IN BIO to purchase any Freezbones, FB Bundles or Freezbone treats. @thefreezbone by @cali.willow.diaries

This girl is an absolute lunatic after a 5 minute bath (short-hairs are quick)!!! She also does this when she is overly excited about anything, so I probably put my sofa back together at least 3-4 times per day.
Does this seem normal to anyone?!?! #crazydog by @cali.willow.diaries

This is what love looks like. This is a bond, a pack, a promise, it’s family.

There are so many shared moments like this. What is your most recent one?

In case you’re wondering, she’s sitting in front of me, looking backwards, up at me. ♥️ #bonded #mydog #dogsarelife #dogsarefamilytoo #doglove #labsky #boisedogs #loveyou by @cali.willow.diaries
