Josie + Cal

A day that not even 11+ minutes could fully capture.

When I initially rewatched this video, I got chills. Moments I was there for, edited, and watched over and over again still affected me emotionally.

I think this video, if anything, is a representation of how much raw and uninterrupted emotion means to a film.

At the end of the day what we are creating is more important than what is trending on Instagram right now. It is about what you will want to see 30, 40, 50 years from now.

I guess what I’m trying to say is Josie and Cal made this wedding video. As a filmmaker, there’s nothing more wonderful than people who fully embrace their day and all the emotions that come with it.

Emotion isn’t felt through the way we pose a couple. It’s experienced as we relive real moments. As we, the audience, get a chance to FEEL what truly happened.

I hope the music, the images, the emotions, and the moments enable you to experience what it was to be at this special day.

Shoutout @multiply.sound once again for enabling me to stretch what I can do as a creative. You guys have challenged me and enabled my story telling to cultivate a place for real emotion to be felt.

Unbelievable week here at Lake Eufaula for the @mlfbig5official Pro circuit event. Ended up dropping a mega bag the first day of the event with 22lbs and lead the event for the first 2 days, stumbled on day 3 to fall to 3rd place. It is all part of the Lords plan and it just keeps adding more fuel to the fire👊🏼👊🏼 I Can’t thank everyone enough who supports me and how much of a blessing it is!! #AGTG.

Alabama pro @callanefishing battled the elements and continued his quest to win his first @tacklewarehouse Pro Circuit trophy. On Saturday, Lane added 15 pounds, 10 ounces to bring his two-day total to 37-12. He holds a slim 1-pound, 1-ounce lead over Drew Boggs ahead of Championship Sunday at Oklahoma’s Lake Eufaula.

Been a fun few weeks getting to sling around a big plug and a @epicbaitsfishing football Jig on lake Douglas for the @mlfbig5official Pro circuit event and now here at lake Eufaula for the Toyota series event!! Man bittersweet week here at Lake Wheeler!! Had us another 20lb bag on day 2 and slipped up in a big way on the final day bringing only one bass to the scales. Not exactly what we were wanting after leading the event for 2 days but it just was not part of the Lords plan this week! Super thankful for a top 20 finish and a great pay day. Gotta learn from it and keep grinding👊🏼 #AGTG

Super blessed 2 weeks here at the home pond, ended up jumping in the BFL and getting 2nd and then backed it up with a 4th place finish in the @mlfbig5official Toyota series!
