🔥Ritual Hot Yoga Teacher & Regional Manager

💪🏼 Practice not Performance

POSTS STORIES REELS

Guys, it’s Callie and I’m so so glad you’re here. If you meet me outside of class you’ll know that my main goal is to be the same person inside of that room as I am outside of it. I am sensitive, love to talk (not sorry unless I am) and feel like I won the lottery finding a yoga. I have so much admiration for this practice and the students that take on the challenge of each class and I TRULY, MADLY, DEEPLY (elder millennial) love the teachers I work with and learn from every day at Ritual Wicker Park. They have become some of my greatest teachers and friends. I think that’s why @ritualhotyoga Wicker has become such an important part of my life.

It will ALWAYS be about people for me. If you come to my class expect: a kick ass playlist, practice not perfection, REAL stories, jokes that land, jokes that skid off the runway and one very small chihuahua named Dolly waiting outside of the door when it ends to get some love from her mama (I’m sure you’re following but that’s me). I believe in your autonomy, I will push you to believe that you are as strong as you are. We practice things in that room that you need to have peace and value outside of the room. Expect love and fun. I can’t really think of anything better to offer each of you. Let’s get sweaty. ❤️‍🔥 by @calliesrituals

I wanted to share some fun news: Beginning Monday, I have the real honor of becoming the Regional Manager for @ritualhotyoga and Dolly has accepted the esteemed position of Asst to the Regional Manager. I love the Ritual Family with my entire being.

This practice has changed my life and as I watch it change the lives of others all across this country I know that the work I do allows for so many people who may not have ever tried yoga or heard the philosophy to try it and be changed by it too!

I’ll still be teaching at Wicker but you’ll get to see me at River North, West Loop and maybe even at some of our other studios as well soon 😉. Dolly would like me to add she is committed to keeping every studio safe and adorable. She’ll still be walking me to and from class as my main and only form of security 😂. See you all on the mat and the best days of Ritual are truly ahead. by @calliesrituals

When @ryleysrituals calls a challenge, we respond. (Then we drag her into a room w us after she killed us in class and make her walk us through it 7 times until we get it 🤣…that’s her life as lead teacher haha)

Who is trying it next??? If I tagged you you have to try it and post your results yall! Tag Ry!

Peak Pose June Week 3: FLYING PIGEON
1.) standing figure 4
2.) fold
3.) lift toes
4.) fly back leg
.
This is such a fun arm balance and the challenge comes in that toe off the mat and engaging the core and glute simultaneously to get that lift. Find the fun in the wobbles and the challenge. You got this!

This week marks ONE YEAR of teaching at Ritual Hot Yoga Wicker Park. There aren’t words or pictures that can sum up how transformative this year has been.
THANK YOU to this community for allowing me to learn to teach, for encouraging me, for teaching me so much more than I’ve taught you. You all have NO CLUE how you’ve changed my life. I truly love this community. (TRUST ME, I couldn’t tag everyone I wanted to)
