My first ever experience competing in a pizza competition.
It was really an amazing and wonderful experience. 🔥🔥🔥

So glad and pleased to see and meet great talented chefs from all around coming under a same roof. 🌍

And in-front of all the respected highly talented, experienced & top ranked judges and chefs I got a chance to cook and present the pizza.

It was just amazing feeling and felt grateful & lucky to be there. 😇🙏

An 18 months cured Prosciuttoo 🐷

Prosciutto di Parma - Prosciutto di Parma is a world-renowned, DOP-protected Italian dry-cured ham made exclusively from the hind legs of specially bred pigs and sea salt, produced entirely within the hills around the province of Parma, Italy.

When sliced paper-thin, Prosciutto di Parma features a deep pink color balanced by a creamy white layer of fat. It is famous for its mild, sweet, and complexly savory flavor that literally melts on the tongue.

Wood-fired pizza offers superior flavor, distinct textures, and higher nutritional value compared to standard oven-baked pizza.

The secret behind these benefits lies in the extreme heat of the oven, which typically operates between 400°C and 500°C to cook a pizza in just 60 to 90 seconds.
