I still remember the day I received the email from @regionalartsvic where I was selected for the "Sustaining Creative Workers Initiative 2021" to develop my artistic practice with the support of @creative_vic.

That day marked the beginning of my career as an artist and as a migrant woman. I still remember all the amazing people who came on the opening day. That same night, the most important painting from this portrait series, "Feminism in the future," was sold. It was a dream come true.

I spent 6 months painting the 14 artworks for this exhibition at @brunswickstreetgallery, and trust me, it was a beautiful and intense process where I also began to believe in myself and trust myself as an artist.

"Empowering women" was an exhibition that brought along the immortalization of its characters on a tram, thanks to @yarratram, and later the gold medal for the "Melbourne Design Award 2023" thanks to the design created in collaboration with @principledesign.
