Way behind on leather projects, working to get caught up. Finished up a belt this evening. First time making this design. I like the pattern. by @camp_creek_leather

Had some time to do a little leatherwork this weekend, put together a belt. The person I’m making it for wanted it black with basket weave stamping. Decided to go with cream stitching….I like the combination. Made out a veg tanned main body and liner. The belt is hand stamped and hand stitched. by @camp_creek_leather

Finished up another knife sheath. Added a kind of quilting pattern with flower center stamping where the lines crossed. Natural (undyed) finish with medium brown antiquing for contrast. by @camp_creek_leather

Worked on a couple of projects today in the leather shop. While I was at it I put together a couple of basic cigar rests. Thought I’d post so any of you that enjoys a cigar could check it out. by @camp_creek_leather

Was finally able to get back in the leather shop today. Working on some sheaths for a friend. This sheath is for machete, about 2 feet long. Made out of veg tanned leather I dyed black. Stamped with a larger basketweave design. Kind of cool project. by @camp_creek_leather

Got a friend that enjoys a cigar from time to time. Thought a leather cigar rest might be kind of nice. Some simple stamping and basket weaving. New item for me that I enjoyed putting together. by @camp_creek_leather

Life has been chaotic lately so I haven’t been in the leather shop much. Got a few projects on the way starting with this valet tray I made out of some veg I had laying around. First one ive made, just a simple one. I like it so far! by @camp_creek_leather

Needed to make a belt for myself other than the plain work belt I’ve been wearing. Lined and hand-sewn. Should last a while. by @camp_creek_leather

Another sheath for a handmade knife that belongs to a coworker. Decided to try natural and brown two-tone color with turquoise paint highlighting the stamping. Let me know how you like the combination. by @camp_creek_leather

Couple of knife sheaths for a coworkers by @camp_creek_leather

Put together this hatchet sheath for a coworker. First project using the wide rope basket weave stamp from TLT. Nice looking pattern. by @camp_creek_leather

Finished up this tote bag for my daughter, finally. Made out of 6/7 ounce bridle leather with lined and sewn straps. Sized to fit a laptop along with a few other items while going to/from class. About 120 feet of hand-sewn thread in this thing. Straps are attached to the bag with copper rivets. Will develop a beautiful patina over time and will last for many years. by @camp_creek_leather
