Hello! We’re Gaby & Saba, the chefs behind Campo Comida Collective. We met on Ibiza in the spring of 2017 and instantly hit it off! We were both new to the island and looking for the freshest, most nutrient dense ingredients to cook with. We started our search of local organic produce from word of mouth. As we met one farmer, we were introduced to another who followed a similar ethos. Nourishing the land with sustainable cultivation principles such as permaculture and biodynamic farming. Our aim is to shine a light on these young farmers who care for the land. By using their produce in our recipes and sharing their stories with you! 📸 @luanafaillaph by @campocomidaibiza

Our first farm-to-table pop up of 2019 will be held in a lovely location next door to a permaculture farm from where we will be sourcing our organic produce. Winter produce is still growing in abundance. There will be greens, packed with phytochemicals, vitamins, minerals and fibre. And we will infuse our dishes with bright citrus colour and flavour. As always, our multiple-course gastronomy extravaganza will be served family style, including appetiser, entree, mains, dessert. The price of €30 includes the lunch, welcome drink, water, tea and chupito! Local Ibiza wine and beer will be available at an extra charge. We donate €1 from every guest to Ibiza Produce, a project from Ibiza Preservation Foundation. Space is limited so please email campocomidaibiza@gmail.com to save your seat 💚 ....
