What is Event Scenting? It’s the art of filling your event space with a carefully curated fragrance that enhances the atmosphere, elevates your guests’ experience, and leaves a lasting impression. Why should you add it to your event? ✨ Creates a premium, luxurious ambience. ✨ Makes guests feel more relaxed and comfortable. ✨ Reinforces your brand or event identity. ✨ Keeps venues smelling fresh throughout the event. ✨ Gives guests something they’ll remember long after they leave. Because people may forget the décor or the playlist, but they’ll never forget how your event made them feel. We’re proud to have scented the OPay Empowering Futures Conference 2025, helping create an atmosphere that was fresh, welcoming, and memorable. Reflecting on an Amazing Year! At Candles Haven, we’re grateful to God for our brand’s growth and success. We’re dedicated to providing exceptional candle-making experiences, ensuring everyone has a wonderful time exploring fragrances in a new dimension. Last year, we were thrilled when Jameson hired our service to work on a unique project ‘LIGHT UP YOUR CHRISTMAS WITH JAMESON’. They asked us to guide 50 people in making their own scented candles on Christmas Day. It was an incredible experience! We’re thankful for this opportunity to work with Jameson and for the positive review we received. We look forward to future collaborations! I’m excited to finally share this beautiful video with you. Wishing you a happy new year from Candles Haven Thank you @dee__films for capturing these beautiful moments 🙏🏾 by @candleshaven
Beauty in the simple things Mini 50g candles made for 25 lucky receivers and they smelled heavenly… Send us a DM for your souvenir candles by @candleshaven
Big moments deserve more than just a beautiful venue; they deserve an unforgettable atmosphere. We were honoured to bring our event scenting experience to the Headies Nominees Party, one of Africa’s biggest music award celebrations. From the moment guests walked in, our signature scents helped set the mood, elevate the atmosphere and create an experience that went beyond what the eyes could see. This is what we do at Candles Haven: we transform spaces through scent, making events more immersive, memorable and inviting. Your guests may forget some of the details, but they won’t forget how your event made them feel. Planning an event? Let’s make it smell as good as it looks. 50g candle souvenirs? Yes we’ve got you … Send a DM! by @candleshaven
While making this souvenir, I couldn’t help but smile and laugh because, honestly, godparents these days are doing the absolute most! 😂❤️ They’re showing up and showing out for their godchildren, and it’s such a beautiful thing to see. Back in our day, we didn’t really have all these elaborate godparent experiences. A first birthday party might come with a few funny gifts, but creative, personalised souvenirs like this? Not so much! Then this amazing godparent reached out to us. Her godson was turning one in October, and she wanted something creative, thoughtful and different. So, we came up with this football-themed diffuser, “Modadeola’s first year down” ⚽️ Honestly, the idea was too beautiful not to bring to life! We were excited to execute her vision, and seeing how happy she was with the final result made it even more worthwhile. At Candles Haven, we love turning your ideas into memorable keepsakes that leave your guests saying, “Wow, this is so thoughtful!” Planning a birthday, wedding, baby shower or any special celebration? Send us a DM. We’re full of creative ideas that will make your souvenirs stand out! And before you ask, these car diffusers aren’t just for cars. You can also use them in your wardrobes, drawers, bookshelves and small bathrooms. Let’s create something unforgettable for your next event. Send us a DM to get started! ❤️ #PersonalisedSouvenirs #BirthdaySouvenirs #CustomSouvenirsNigeria #CarDiffusers #ScentedSouvenirs by @candleshaven
Minimalist perfume bar set up for intimate events 😍🥰 #CandlesHaven #PerfumeBarExperience #BridalShower #EventExperiences #PerfumeBarLagos by @candleshaven
A bridal shower, beautiful people, and a perfume bar experience to remember. ✨🥂 We had the pleasure of setting up our perfume bar at Blessing’s Heaven on Earth, where she celebrated love, friendship, and a beautiful new chapter with her favourite people. The Arete Events reached out to us with the vision, we brought it to life with a beautiful setup and an experience that allowed guests to create memories, one fragrance at a time. And the result? An unforgettable perfume bar experience! 💐 At Candles Haven, we don’t just set up perfume bars; we create experiences that make celebrations even more memorable. Book Candles Haven for your next perfume bar experience. We do it differently, and nobody does it quite like us! 😉 #CandlesHaven #PerfumeBarExperience #BridalShower #EventExperiences #PerfumeBarLagos Planner: @thearete.events by @candleshaven
At Candles Haven, we don’t just scent spaces— WE MAKE THEM COME ALIVE. Beautiful décor catches the eye, but a divine fragrance creates a welcoming, relaxing, and unforgettable experience that stays with your guests long after the event is over. When planning an event, so much attention goes into the visual details: the draping, the flowers, the tablescape, the lighting, and the overall décor. But event setups can also leave behind lingering smells from materials, fabrics, furniture, and other décor elements. Without the right fragrance, even the most beautifully styled space may not feel as inviting as it looks. That’s where we come in. At Candles Haven, we take an intentional approach to event scenting. We combine targeted fragrance application on suitable décor materials with our industrial scent-diffusing machines to create a beautiful, balanced, and immersive scent experience throughout the space. Imagine your guests approaching the venue and catching a subtle whiff of a beautiful fragrance in the air. As they walk closer, the scent gradually draws them in. Then they step into the hall, take it all in, and think: “Wow! This décor is magnificent. And the space smells absolutely divine!” That is the Candles Haven effect. Our goal is not simply to make a room smell good. It is to enhance the atmosphere, complement the décor, create a sense of comfort, and make the entire event feel more thoughtful and memorable. Because a truly memorable event should engage more than just the eyes. It should create an experience your guests can see, feel, and smell. Give your space the fragrance it deserves. Sometimes, the best reviews are the ones that remind you that your work truly makes people happy. 🥹🤎 For this project, we created a custom car diffuser souvenir shaped like a miniature grill, designed specially for a birthday celebration. From the personalised details to the fragrance, every element was thoughtfully put together to make the souvenir as unique as the celebrant. And when the client tells you, “You’re so good at this. God bless you,” you know the work has spoken for itself. 🥹❤️ At Candles Haven, we love turning ideas into memorable keepsakes. We believe your souvenirs should be more than just gifts; they should tell a story, reflect your personality, and leave your guests with something worth remembering. Have an idea that sounds a little out of the ordinary? Bring it to us. We love a creative challenge! 😉 📩 Send us a DM to create your own personalised car diffuser souvenirs.
