WE’RE GOING PINK 🩷

This Saturday we’re bringing you a morning of movement together, raising funds for the @nbcfaus

A cause that means to much to so many, and we’re hoping to bring some awareness to all of you in our incredible community because unfortunately the number of people diagnosed with breast cancer today is still incredibly high.

Everyone is welcome to join us. Whether you’re a run club regular, a Pilates guru or joining us for the first time.

We’ve got some gifts from our amazing sponsors at @lululemonausnz and @naviabathhouse_prahran to make the morning extra special!

Please read all of the captions because it includes a lil extra detail!!

Don’t forget to check your breasts 🩷

Your EveryRun fam x

ps. This is a voluntary donation and there is absolutely no pressure at all to donate. You can still come and participate in our morning movement.

We’re starting the morning with Pilates in the park with @thats_core_flynn and @xhogsin

If you’ve never tried it before, don’t think you’re flexible or are afraid of not being any good… literally SAME!! This is your chance to try something new and give it a go.

Bring a mat / towel if you have one and don’t forget to dig out something pink x

You know the drill here. A few chill kms around the park, nothing hectic just a chance to meet some new people, run around for a bit and realise running can actually be fun when you take the pressure out of it!

Whether you’re an everyrun regular or have been meaning to come down for a while, we’d love to see you there!!

NOTE FOR LONG(ER) RUN
this is still going ahead, meeting at 08:30am sharp at Riverland Bar. If you’re joining this longer run, you won’t make it to the Pilates part of the morning but that’s okay!

We’re very lucky we get to meet up, move our bodies and our biggest worry is what coffee we’re going to order. But unfortunately that’s not everyone’s reality.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we want to help raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research through the @nbcfaus, a cause very close to so many of our hearts.

Give what you can, share it with your friends and come down if you can make it. We’d love to see you all turning F by @caoimhe_kate

$I never in my wildest dreams imagined 1) I’d ever call somewhere like Australia home (I was 100% going to live in Europe btw) and 2) that THIS is the chosen family I’d have on the other side of the world. The past few months have been filled with experiences I never thought would ever happen to someone like me. Not that I ever went out of my way to have them either. Which is the funny thing with everything happening in my life over here. I never went out of my way to “own” a run club (eww, no one owns @everyrunclub it is the people’s btw), to create something so incredibly powerful, where strangers end up becoming best friends, finding jobs, moving in together… and during this entire time I’ve had my @lululemonausnz family supporting not just me, but the community I pour so much of my time and energy into because I am genuinely so grateful to each and every person who passes through it. Being able to bring our community in to experience just a teeny tiny fraction of the love and support I’ve had over the past few years was just so incredibly special and I just cannot believe we finally have our name in lights (fluorescent screen printing on lululemon’s infamous swiftly and metal vent hehe) Thank you to my Chapel Street fam for putting up with my persistence and making this dream come true @clairefromperth @joannamild xx and HUGE thank yous to the everyrun army, who without them run club would not be what it is today 🩵🧡 #lululemonambassador by @caoimhe_kate$

can someone please tell me why are we all out here ashamed of pushing ourselves and afraid of wearing a colourful fit “just in case” of sweat patches?!
