2026, the only new year resolution that ever works for me is buying #projectcars.... by @capecapture_lylew

25 years and still going, we only see each other twice a year but each and every time it's a memorable moment..... That's all I can share on social media 😂 by @capecapture_lylew

In March 2024, I made the bold decision to purchase a worn-out VW Caddy that was in desperate need of some love and attention. The body was faded, the wheel was buckled, and many people questioned my choice, calling it rubbish. However, I saw potential in this van and decided to embark on a new adventure known as Project 2024.

I reached out to some amazing sponsors who believed in my vision and were willing to help me turn this old van into something truly special. Dent Master Bellville took care of the complete spray job, giving the van a fresh new look that made it stand out on the road. Jaxon Tyres Ottery provided me with some awesome 18-inch wheels and coilovers to lower the van and give it that slammed look that I had always dreamed of.

But that was just the beginning. Car Audio Warehouse added some serious bass to my life with two 12-inch subwoofers and a 9-inch TT Audio touchscreen, turning my van into a mobile party on wheels. And Auto Care Valet Center kept the van shining and smiling down the road, making sure it looked its best at all times.

As I drove around in my newly transformed VW Caddy, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. This project had brought me closer to my sponsors and had shown me the power of collaboration and creativity. It was an adventure that I would never forget, and I couldn't wait to see what the next project would bring.

So here's to Project 2024 and to all the amazing people who helped make it a reality. Cheers to the journey ahead, filled with endless possibilities and new horizons to explore. The road may be long, but with the right team by my side, there's nothing we can't achieve. Until the next project... by @capecapture_lylew

I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do. The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
