Sober nights at home, and the spirit said:

“Create for you, baby.”💕

In another season, I wore this skirt all the time… until a splash of bleach tried to retire her.

But don’t you know God brings the inspiration?!
That splatter? Now a masterpiece.☺️✨

Freeform creation makes everything juicier!

Can I get an Amen?
Asé!
Thank you God🤍

Sometimes the masterpiece starts with a mess. Want to see how I style the finished piece?🥰

Happy Day Fam!! Here’s a cozy recipe you’ll feel in yo chest✨🧡 it feels like a big momma hug!

Courtesy of my new spicy friend Garam Masala 🤩 originating from North India this spice blend’s name translates to “Hot Spicy Mix”, okay now!

Full of flavor: cumin, cardamom, black pepper, cloves , cinnamon, coriander! (All great for health 😉)

For this dish I paired my Garam Masala with fresh cracked pepper, salt, chipotle powder, curry powder, and slap yo momma.

Ingredients not pictured: dairy-free cream cheese and dairy-free cheddar.

I broiled and buttered my toast then proceeded to devour the entire pan. 🥰

Tips:
✨ customize how you please: I’ve used curried white beans, diced tomatoes, broth, water, a sprinkle of greenery. Follow yo heart and what’s in your cabinets.

✨ before adding eggs, ensure there’s extra liquid in the pan. It allows the bean mixture to be saucy after the eggs cook. After adding eggs, lid your pan and cook until the eggs are your desired texture. by @caprina.rogers

✨Praise Report🥳 ✨

Progress *does* happen. #keepgoing

Yesterday, it dawned on me—this time last year, I didn’t know how to make a croissant. I hadn’t even worked with yeast yet. But this past February, I challenged myself to try making one of my favorite pastries: the fruit Danish. That was six months ago...

A couple of months later, around Mother’s Day, I gave it another shot. I made Danish again—but this time, I was disappointed by the result. Without realizing it, I started avoiding the process of trying again. I forgot something important: I’m a beginner. And that’s okay.

This week, a friend reminded me of my goal to make Danish, and with that encouragement, I gave it another go. I tried a new approach—and made my best-looking fruit Danish yet!

I remember reaching out to a coffee shop early on, and one of the managers said, “We have enough cookies… but a vegan Danish might be cool.” I remember thinking, *yeah*, that would be cool.

Now, I feel proud knowing: yes, it *is* cool—and yes, I *can* do it. And I’ll keep learning and leveling up from here.

This week, I’m especially grateful—for allowing myself to create at this level, and for the support system that gently reminds me I am worthy of trying.

Thank you. 🤍 by @caprina.rogers

Feeling satisfied while plant-based✨

✨Important to know…

✨What is a plant- based lifestyle?✨
A lifestyle consisting largely OR solely of veggies, grains, legumes and other plant foods rather than animal products.

✨No two people are the same, so what works for me may not be best for you too. And that’s okay🧡✨

✨ ALL FATS AREN’T BAD! Fats are an essential part of a healthy diet. Fats stay in the body longer than other energy nutrients which leave you feeling fuller longer. Fats are also vital for vitamin absorption and hormone production.✨

✨Consume proteins and healthy fats with each meal and snack. This will sustain ya til the next meal.✨

✨Please comment any questions/suggestions. And like for more nutritional content 🧡✨🥰
