POSTS STORIES REELS

I facilitated the Built For More capacity building session, hosted by Powerline Baptist Church, Lagos. Over 20 young people, one virtual room, and one question: what do you repeat every week?

We answered it by group.

Students: notes, exams, class presentations
Job seekers: CVs, follow-ups, interview practice
Professionals: emails, meetings, monthly reports
Business owners: customer replies, content, sales figures

Then we matched each task with a tool and practised the prompts live.

Nobody asked which tool is best. They asked how to use AI on the work in front of them. That is the right question.

The lesson I keep returning to is simple. Start with a real task, not a tool. Why do so many people try five tools and keep none? Because they never chose the task first.

Want your own score and a seven-day plan? Take the six-question assessment.

A bow of respect. A heart committed to service. A journey driven by purpose. 🇳🇬

The JCI Nigeria National Convention (The Elite Experience) was a reminder of the privilege of belonging to a movement that develops leaders, creates impact, and builds a better society.

Every role is an opportunity to serve. Every gathering is a chance to grow. And every bow is a reminder that leadership begins with humility.

Proud to be part of the JCI story. The work continues. 🤝🇳🇬 by @captainplanet00

AI is changing how we work, learn, and build businesses. The question is, are we using it to our advantage?

I’m excited to be facilitating a session on DIGITAL SKILLS: AI FOR PRODUCTIVITY at the Built for More Capacity Building Session, organised by Providence Baptist Church, Ojo, Lagos.

We’ll go beyond talking about AI and get practical.

I’ll be sharing how to use AI to:
💡 Work smarter and get more done in less time.
📚 Learn faster and improve your skills.
💼 Become more productive at work.
🚀 Build and grow a business with AI.
⚙️ Automate repetitive tasks and simplify everyday work.

Whether you’re a student, young professional, entrepreneur, or business owner, this session is designed to help you put AI to work in your everyday life.

My goal is simple: you’ll leave with practical skills you can start using immediately.

Leadership should mean more than a title. It should open doors to opportunities, create space for growth, and deliver real member value.

Every voice counts. Every answer shapes what’s next. Tag a fellow member.

Lagos traffic is actually part of the reason the future of work has to look different.

Imagine leaving work at 5pm, getting home at 6:30pm because of traffic, and then being expected to resume again at 8am. 😭

Companies are constantly looking for easier, faster ways to get things done. Remote work. Automation. AI. Digital tools.

And the people who know how to use these things are becoming increasingly valuable.

So, what does that mean for our careers?

That’s the conversation this Friday.

Abuja, you already know what time it is. 👀

Our National President, JCIN Amb. Akinbode Abitogun, has arrived in Abuja ahead of GBEDEGU’26, and the Northern Conference is officially getting closer by the minute.

The bags are down. The city is ready. The conference is almost here.

And if this is how we’re starting… you already know the rest of the week is about to be a movie. 😂🔥

Welcome to Abuja, Mr. President! 💙

THE CONVERSATION AROUND AI IS NO LONGER “WHAT IF?” — IT’S “WHAT NEXT?”

The Technology & AI session at GDES 5.0 brought Adejoju Ajani and Blessing Bamidele together for a conversation around the technologies already reshaping how we work, create, build businesses and solve problems.

The session moved beyond the hype and into the real questions: How do we use AI well? Where are the opportunities? And what does Africa need to do to stay ahead?

With fresh perspectives, practical insights and plenty to take away, the conversation showed that the future of technology isn’t somewhere far ahead.

It’s already here. The question is what we choose to do with it. 🚀
