3/6/25-6/22/25 a humbling war filled with many battles. A high risk mass sitting on the tail of my pancreas had been biopsied causing a downfall in my health. Pancreatitis with a fistula from my mass connecting to my colon causing me to become septic. With the help of medical staff I was placed on 24/7 antibiotics and nutrition in a PICC line placed in my right arm which I would self administer for two weeks. 4/28 the mass would be removed alongside my spleen, part of my pancreas and colon. A spinal tap, 6 hour open abdominal surgery, and thirty staples later.. I’m alive and I’m healthy. Lost an organ but gained a partner🤍 by @careena_96
