2026 BEST OF THE CITY !!!

we did it again, a six-peat. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

so incredibly honored to share that Carefully Curated Events has been named Best Event Planner in Tampa by @tampamagazine ‘s Best of the City!!

this business has grown, evolved, and pivoted so many times over the years. somehow, it has met me in every season of life… growing alongside me, stretching me, and becoming something i’m incredibly proud of. through every version of CCE, i’ve poured my heart and soul into building something that feels deeply meaningful and creating an experience that means just as much to our clients as it does to me.

but more than anything, i know this business was never built by me alone. God built it. He has sustained it, provided for it, opened doors i never could have opened myself, and carried it through every season. i’m learning more and more to stop playing small, trust what He has placed in my hands, and have the faith to follow where He leads. my hope is that as CCE continues to grow, it always points back to Him and brings Him glory.

thank you to my family, my friends, our incredible vendor community, our couples, and the strong foundation of a team that stands beside me. thank you for believing in me, supporting this business, trusting me with some of life’s most meaningful moments, and continuing to be a part of what we’re building. i’m endlessly grateful.

getting to do what i love, with people i love, in a city i love will never be lost on me. 🤍 by @carefullycuratedevents

a little glimpse into a week spent experiencing italy through the eyes of my future couples… walking the venues, meeting the people, and learning all the details that can only be understood firsthand.

for my stateside couples dreaming of celebrating in italy, i can’t wait to bring you here.

home now, deeply inspired, and so ready to step into season 🤍 by @carefullycuratedevents

feeling especially grateful today to get to do what i do, to serve the people i get to serve, and to continue building a business that has taken me places i once only dreamed about.

and tomorrow, that quite literally means italy 🇮🇹

i’m heading to tuscany to connect, and experience some of italy’s most iconic wedding venues with the intention of continuing to expand carefully curated beyond florida and into the destination work i’ve dreamed of for years.

it also happens to be my birthday today! 🤍

33 uprooted a lot. personally and professionally. it stretched me, refined me, and made me really clear on what i want this business, and the life i’m building alongside it, to look like.

34 feels anchored. intentional. and ready to level up.

so grateful for every couple who has trusted me, every creative i’ve had the privilege of working alongside, and every opportunity that has brought carefully curated here.

there’s so much more to come!!

Lauren & Derek 🕊️

the kindest couple, the sweetest families, and one of those intimate wedding days we simply loved being a part of.

Lauren shared her inspiration and trusted us to take it and run with it… no decision fatigue, just full trust in our recommendations and the team we put around them.

laid back , go with the flow, and an absolute dream to plan for. we’d do this one all over again.

respectfully, what the heck is a wedding day without all of this???

disclaimer: most of the film + all of the digital you see here are by the very talented @noblephotoco (with a few disposable shots snuck in along the way).

the moment the formalities became the party !!

Mercedes + Paul combined their first dance and parent dances into one seamless moment, all to “let’s get loud” by @jlo, complete with salsa dancing💃

they took a wedding tradition, made it entirely their own, and opened the dance floor in the most ICONIC way.

THE STARKS 🏹🤍

there was so much beauty in their day, but perhaps the most beautiful part was how personal it all felt…

because a wedding without personality is a missed opportunity.

from the custom photo booth and ceremony backdrop to the stationery and signage, each detail was created by the couple and carried a piece of their story. heart, soul, and Jesus woven throughout.

a day entirely their own, and one we won’t soon forget !!

clean lines and intentional spacing don’t happen by accident. during a room flip, we’re measuring every placement to make sure tables are aligned, spacing feels balanced, and the overall room reads beautifully from every angle.

the details guests may never notice are often the ones that make a space feel effortless✨

Cocktail hour is such a special part of the wedding day. It’s the first time everyone gets to come together after the ceremony and the celebration really starts to feel like a party.

It’s the hugs, the clinking glasses, the conversations between old friends, people meeting for the first time, and all those little moments happening in between 🥂

My approach is to document it as naturally as possible, capturing the atmosphere, the people, and the in-between moments without interrupting the flow of the celebration 💗
