Day 2 -5 Todos Santos Paraiso Retreat… where to start!?
I am still floating on the high, loving, laughter filled and deep Retreat vibrations! In a blink this week flew by! Sunsets, baby turtle release, pools and floating, beaches and waves, surfing, toasting and roasting, laughing and hugging, shopping and touring, 2-hour morning, yoga sessions, head stands, and arm balances, learning, and challenging, being present, eating delicious, amazing food, music, and life! What a week. I am endlessly grateful for this week with these AMAZING yogis and this glorious life! We moved through the chakras cleared energy, got free and open. Keeping this energy as we move into our daily lives… Reboot, and renewed! Grateful always!#grateful #yoginilife #cantstopwontstop #yogaeverydamnday #retreatyourself by @carlaherzenberg
