This is the first hug in my Hug Series, and it’s really close to my heart. It’s called “Between the Leaves”, and it’s a hand hug, which is honestly one of my favorite kinds of hugs. There’s something so quiet and real about two people holding hands, just being together.

This piece is more than just touch. It’s about connection, comfort, and those little moments that don’t need words. It’s about holding onto someone, being present, and feeling seen.

I spent a lot of time on this one, letting it grow and change, and it taught me a lot about vulnerability and what it means to really connect. Sharing it feels like sending a little hug out into the world for anyone who needs one.

This is just the beginning of the Hug Series, but I wanted to start with this one because it’s personal and sets the tone for everything else to come. I hope when you see it, you can feel the hug the way I felt it while making it.

Day 2 back in the studio ❤️‍🔥

I took a small hiatus from painting and focused on other creative outlets (djing) and now I feel more ready than ever to get back to my love of painting and digital art as well.
