🔥 IT’S WEDNESDAY—LET’S PUT SOME POWER IN THAT HUMP! 🍑💪

Functional movement day! Training for stairs, groceries, balance, and all the living I still plan to do. 🙌

Every time I move, I’m investing in the woman I want to be years from now. And baby, she’s got places to go! 🔥

Take a walk. Lift something. Start where you are—but START.

Who’s moving with me today? 👊 by @carnivore_private_eye

🍑🔥 TUESDAY: LEG & PEACH DAY!

All gas, no brakes… till I hit those stairs. Then it’s “pump the brakes, baby!” 😂💪

Building strong legs and a peach with attitude. Let’s get this Tuesday handled! 👊🍑
Week 20 💪🏼🔥🏋️‍♀️ by @carnivore_private_eye

Thought of the day

Friday flex: lift the weights AND lift people up. 💪🔥

Nothing beats walking out of the gym feeling stronger than when you walked in… even if your legs are questioning your decisions. 😂

Time is going to pass whether you work out or talk yourself out of it. Good days, bad days, motivated days, “I’d rather stay in bed” days… the calendar keeps turning. Might as well give your future self something to thank you for. ❤️

Respect everybody showing up. Different bodies, different goals, same courage to start and keep going.

Make your days count, cheer each other on, and remember… getting older is automatic. Getting stronger takes showing up. Happy Friday, y’all! 🔥 by @carnivore_private_eye

Make it a great Tuesday!!! by @carnivore_private_eye

A picture is worth a thousand words… but this one asks a powerful question: What kind of future are you building? 💭

Every workout is an investment in that future. Stronger, healthier, and able to keep doing the things I love.

One day, I want to look back and say, “Thank goodness I started.”

Show up for the person you want to be in 10, 20, or 30 years. Your future self is worth the effort. 🔥 it’s never too late to start 💪🏼own it by @carnivore_private_eye
