"Are you two sisters?"

A mother daughter photo shoot months in the making. Thank you to everyone who made this moment possible in the sweltering Palm Springs heat! 🔥

I used to think success meant never clocking out. I wore burnout like a badge of honor.

13 years later, I've finally broken up with the "Hustle Bro" clock.

This summer, I am fully leaning into Claude and GoHighLevel and it is changing everything. Not because I wanted to work less on my business... but because I wanted more time for what actually matters. My family. My health. My sanity.

Here's the truth nobody tells you when you start out: the "always on" grind was never a requirement for success. It's a choice and you can choose differently.

Systems don't replace the heart of your business. They protect it. They give you back your evenings, your weekends, your energy for the people you love.

Can you relate to the "around the clock" grind? Or are you on the path to building a business that gives you your time back?

Drop a 🕑 or a 📈 in the comments.

To my man, my husband, my king! 👑

The last 17 months have been a challenge and yet the time has reminded me of what's really important...

Love
Health
Family
Laughter
Quality of life
Financial discipline

To build a future with someone during a pandemic is to strike a balance between these core values. To help each other overcome hardship while remaining positive and focused on the future.

With wildfire season and the Delta variant looming, I know we aren't out of the woods yet.

But with @siasiliconvalleyrealtor by my side, I know I can handle anything that comes our way.

Because while the chaos churns around us, we have become stronger and more financially solid as a couple than ever before.

Sia, you are simultaneously my rock and my captain on this crazy boat called life. Thank you for bringing out the best in me by embodying kindness, compassion and consistency.

I love you and I look forward to seeing what the next chapter brings for us. ❤

For every video sitting in your camera roll, there's a client who needs exactly what you offer... and she can't find you. 📱

I see it all the time. A smart business owner with so much experience, and her best videos never make it past the camera roll.

Maybe you don't like how you look. Maybe you don't want to sound "salesy." Or maybe that little voice in your head told you to delete it and try again later.

The truth is, your videos aren't bad. They just need a little TLC:

T = Traffic: getting the right people to watch
L = Leads: inviting them to take the next step
C = Clients: following up until they hire you

Sound like a plan? Then I'd love for you to attend my first and last free workshop of 2026:

Your Videos Aren't Bad,
They Just Need a Little TLC
Tuesday, November 10
11 AM PT / 2 PM ET
Live on Zoom

Because your next client is already searching for you. And being found starts with being seen, queen.

P.S. Feeling lucky? Bring an unposted video to the Zoom for a chance at a live "hot seat" review. Stay 'til the end to hear me share something special with the women in the room. 🤫

Celebrated my four year soberversary dancing at @daybreakersf 🎶

For most of my life, I believed I needed a drink or a joint in your hand to be the fun one in the room. That version of fun always came with a price: a Sunday morning I couldn't get back and memories I had to hear about secondhand.

Today, with four years clean and sober, I can wake up clear-headed and grateful.

To celebrate, I spent Sunday morning dancing under the redwoods at the base of the Transamerica Pyramid with raps by @thugshells beats by @bisimusic and the handy work of @ammodrums 🥁

Because the best part about sobriety is the sober fam. People who can show up at 11am and out-dance every lush I've ever met.

If you want to dance the day away surrounded by sober souls and sick beats, follow @daybreakersf for upcoming events or DM me and we can meet up at the next one. 💌

Polka Dot Celebration Recap ✨️

Last weekend was a magical mashup of work, play, connection and colorful fashion.

After 8 years as a Dot and 5 years of attending the annual @polkadotpowerhouse Celebration, the experience of being surrounded by empowering, supportive women always fills my cup to the brim.

It never gets old.

Hosted in King of Prussia in the suburbs outside Philadelphia, the event was one for the books.

From inspiring speakers and thought-provoking connection activities to a crazy fun dance party and a fancy awards gala to honor the chapters and members who excelled this past year.

As if that wasn't enough, I offered photo shoot sessions throughout the event and worked with 21 beautiful souls from behind the camera.

We laughed.
We bonded.
We created together.

Thank you to everyone I worked with and connected with at Celebration 2026.

And a special shoutout to the @polkadotpaloalto Managing Director @suzmcfaddenphoto for coordinating outfits with me all weekend and then winning Managing Director of the year at the gala. Woot woot!

If you are a Dot Sister who has yet to experience Celebration, this is the sign you are waiting for. Tickets are now on sale for next year's event and they are going fast. Don't miss out!

And if you are a woman in the SF Bay Area who is looking for more connection, collaboration and celebration in your life, ask me about being a Dot!

Just deleted my ChatGPT. Here's why... 👇

The last straw?

Watching my feed get flooded, again, with another round of AI slop. First it was the sparkly jumpsuit Christmas photos with giant candy canes.

Then it was "see yourself in a Met Gala dress." Now it's "what would you look like in the 80s." Every single one of these trends does the same thing: it slims you down, smooths you out, and hands back a flawless version that isn't actually you.

It's fake. And I think we should be allowed to say so.

Yet every time I've pointed this out, I get the same responses. "We're just having fun." "Don't be a buzz kill."

Cool. You do you. I'm still not doing it. Never have, never will.

And that's why this decision felt bigger than a passing frustration, because of how deeply I'd invested in this tool.

For years, ChatGPT was part of how I worked, drafting content, brainstorming ideas, and supporting the artists, small businesses, and clients I show up for every day as a coach. I never even paid for it, and by the time I exported my data, I had 334 separate conversations piled up. That's not casual use. That's a workflow.

So this week I made it official and deleted my ChatGPT account for good. Not just the chat history, the whole thing.

As you may have guessed, I'm moving all my work to Claude. What matters to me isn't just what an AI can generate, it's how the company behind it thinks about responsibility. Anthropic builds safety and ethics into the foundation, not as a PR patch after the backlash.

That's the kind of tech I want touching my work and the work of the people I support.

Call me a buzz kill. I'll take it. 🎥✨

So tell me, friends: is anyone else getting AI slop fatigue, or is it just me? 👇

And who else has made the jump to Claude? Curious where everyone's at.

Golden hour in a parachute dress with my sisters at sunset. 🌅

This clip is my thank you to @suzmcfaddenphoto for the dress, the vision, the way you saw all of us and made us feel like goddesses on that beach.

That's the magic of a @polkadotpowerhouse retreat: you show up as you are and you leave a little lighter.

I needed the time away more than I knew. Life has been heavy. I'm not quite ready to put it in a post but I will say this: having a few days to reflect and be held by my Dot sisters came at exactly the right moment.

And then today, my Palo Alto leadership team showed up again, this time with soup, rolls, and cookies on my doorstep. I've helped deliver Dot love to others before, so I know how much thought goes into it.

Still, receiving it? Different. It reminded me I'm not carrying anything alone.

So here's to self-love, slowing down, sunsets that hold space for all the feels, and surrounding yourself with generous, big-hearted women who show up for you, personally and professionally. 🧡

Hot Mom Summer ☀️

We had a vision of a mama daughter shoot in Palm Springs and it all started with a bathing suit shot by the pool. Lots of love to every single person who helped us see this through. We will cherish these memories for years to come.

Like mother, like daughter 🐝🏵✨️

@trixiemotel has a variety of retro rooms to choose from but when we had the chance to book the Honeymoon Suite, we created a whole golden diva mood around it.

Gratitude to the motel staff for accommodating our every request to make this fantasy a reality!

Palm Springs girls trip ☀️ Day Two ☀️

Are you really experiencing the @trixiemotel by @trixiemattel if you don't do a full on photo shoot?

The answer is no. 📸

And what better way to celebrate pride month and honor a drag queen owned motel than to hire a photographer who is known for his drag queen portraits!

@aaronjayyoung and his assistant Bill were outstanding in their creativity and persistence as the temperature climbed into the 90s during our shoot.

From poolside chic to retro robes in the honeymoon suite to blond wigs in the Barbara bar, they captured every shot from our mood board and then some.

After two hours of posing and perspiring, mom and I had to vacate the suite and move to the Atomic Bombshell room, which is a little smaller but just as cool in terms of decor. It also has our favorite stained glass detail!

We spent the rest of the day by the pool, second hand shopping, eating well and getting the most out of our glam hair and makeup.

Shoutout to @salon119andspa for getting us camera ready! 💄

The photos are still being edited but rest assured we will be posting them ASAP. They are DIVINE!
