The magic circle into a roll up helps you control your core just a little more , focusing on long breaths and a real deep core to circle- naval to spine connection .. the twist is a great addition !

As a personal trainer I always look for a healthier alternative to combine my healthy fats , good carbs and fibre at each meal and I love this recipe:

Avocado and oats mini breads , perfect for a snack or lunch :
1 avocado
2 eggs
1 cup gluten free oats
Baking powder
Pre heat oven and cook for 40 mins at 175-189 degree .
