Several months ago, I was in prayer and felt God tell me that I am supposed to start using my voice. Around that same time, I met @charlimatthewscarruth while attending an @empoweringwomeninindustry conference in Tuscaloosa. Before I knew it, and much to my surprise, I was having lunch with Charli and she was asking me to speak at her next conference. Me? A speaker? I'm really good at (and comfortable with) writing. But speaking? That's when I remembered what I had felt God tell me just a short time before. What I didn't know is that he was asking me to use my literal voice. After having spoke at two conferences now, I know that's exactly what he was telling me to do. I've shown up scared both times. But I showed up. Because at the end of the day, it wasn't about me. It was about the women I was speaking to. It was about the message I believe so many need to hear and integrate. It was about Truth. Thank you, Charli, for seeing something in me and taking a chance on me. I'm forever grateful. And I'm officially adding "speaker" to my resume. 😉 by @carrie.m.williams

I've been keeping a secret for the last 8 months. I wrote & published my very first book. 🥹 For years, this one task has been on my heart. Because I'm highly passionate about both mindset and health & wellness, it was only natural for my first book to be about both. "The Phoenix Effect: Building My Mindset and Health from the Ashes Up (And How You Can, Too)" is a book about my personal story. I share about how I’ve navigated the last 7+ years while on my health & wellness journey, & how I’ve used my mindset to do so. The caveat here is that I didn't do this the easy way. Just as the phoenix voluntarily sets fire to itself, & uses its ashes to rise into a more majestic version of itself, that's what I did/do, as well. I didn't build my mindset or my health journey with shiny things. I built them from my ashes (both voluntary and involuntary). Inside "The Phoenix Effect", you'll find how I ⬇️ - revisited childhood wounds regarding my weight, appearance, & feeling "not good enough" - pushed Play on my workout subscription at 4:30 AM for the first seven months & hated every second of it - admitted to & sought professional help for a very disordered & obsessive way of eating in my early 20s - and MORE. The story of the Phoenix isn't anything new. The death/rebirth pattern is found in every great story. It is the way forward. Even Jesus Himself willingly chose pain, suffering, & death so He could fulfill His ultimate purpose. I think that means you have to, as well... You'll also find some practical tips that have worked for me over the years in regard to nutrition & exercise, but ultimately, I hope you discover that everything you've been through--even the pain & suffering--is meant for your rebirth. Everything is useful. You just have to learn how to think differently. ⭐️I'd be humbled if you'd purchase a digital Kindle version of "The Phoenix Effect" today. You can also purchase a paperback copy, but the digital purchase will help me reach my personal goal today! 🔗Visit the link in my bio👉Linktree👉digital Kindle version In the meantime, light it up, burn it down, & rise like never before. 🐦‍🔥 📖Soulfluential Publishing @jessicadebry by @carrie.m.williams

As a health coach, you know your stuff. But organizing it in your brain so you can effectively relay it to clients? That's another story. Better yet, WRITING what you know into educational copy for your clients is like banging your head against the wall. Ever sat down to write copy for your private group and just stared at your laptop? Yeah, I figured so... That's why I created The Coaching Game Plan. It's 14-weeks worth of done-for-you posts (plus graphics). They're ready to go, but I've also left space for you to add your unique voice if you wish to do so. The best part? It's brand-neutral, and all posts are science-backed. Want to teach your clients about the power of protein for a week? Done. Want to teach your clients about why muscle is so critical for overall health? Done. Want to teach your clients the basics of metabolism and how it works? Done. I've been writing copy for coaches since 2019, and my specialty is taking educational content and making it interesting to read/learn. In turn, your clients WANT to show up. Not to mention, The Coaching Game Plan takes hours of work off of your hands. No more staring at your laptop at 10PM, wondering what else to say to your clients... I can't say for sure, but that part is worth its weight in gold. If you're ready to sigh a breath of relief, and focus on what you actually enjoy about coaching, this is literally going to change the game for you. The uncomfortable part first ⬇️ GLP-1 use for weight loss is here to stay (in my humble opinion, of course 😉). And the reality is that it's incredibly difficult to compete with if you're a coach. Sure, people still need coaching. Coaching has ALWAYS been about the gap between "knowing" and "doing". But if someone is on a limited income, it's probable that they can't afford a monthly medication (even at the more affordable costs) plus a private health coach. Some can afford it. Many can't. With that said, I also believe health coaches are still going to be needed - maybe in a different way, but definitely still needed. Those who are able to pivot will be the ones who make it. The question still remains: "But what do we do? How do we pivot?" This is what I'm currently working on. (If you know me in my career role, you know I've had to pivot before. It turned out fine. 😉) But now, I desire to help you pivot. Not because I have to. Because I believe that if you do, you'll not only sustain (and grow) the business you've built, but you'll also increase your own capacity to handle uncertainty. That's my favorite part. Go figure. 😉 I want to hear from you first. How has GLP-1 use affected your health coaching business? If you're currently coaching clients who are using them, what struggles are you still witnessing? If you're coaching those who've recently come off of the medication, what's the biggest struggle (emotional and/or physical)? Let's just open the conversation. Tell me what you're noticing as a health coach? ⬇️ by @carrie.m.williams

I've met approximately zero health coaches who want to write their own coaching copy to use in their private groups. 🤷🏼‍♀️ IYKYK... 14 weeks. Done for you. But customizable if needed. Can be used in any order. Evergreen. Need I say more? Comment PLAN to learn more and lock in my early-bird discount. ⬇️ by @carrie.m.williams
Here's what your clients don't see ⬇️ Your clients don't see you sitting behind your laptop at 10:00 PM while trying to write your private group copy for the next day. They don't see you consistently reading and researching so you can provide them with the best education and coaching. They don't see you stressing over how to keep your clients both educated and engaged. They don't see you racking your brain over coming up with new and interesting material to teach them. They don't see the things that frustrate you and burn you out because who wants to see that? But what if you didn't have to worry about any of these things? What if you had weekly material + graphics (that's done-for-you, but totally customizable) at your fingertips? What if you no longer had to rack your brain over your private group coaching copy? What if you didn't have to stare at your laptop late at night while getting nowhere? What if you didn't feel burned out and could solely focus on coaching, which is the part you love anyway? That's where The Health Coach Game Plan comes into play. ⬇️ 👉14 weeks of DFY copy + graphics 👉one topic per week that you can use in any order (topics like protein, hunger, understanding metabolism, etc.) 👉one time purchase and it's yours forever...and you can use it over and over because it's evergreen This package is about to change your life. Or at least change your next 14 weeks. 😉 Comment EARLY to know when The Game Plan drops and lock in your early bird discount. ⬇️ by @carrie.m.williams
