✨ **Friends, I’d love to invite you to breathe with me.** ✨

I have two beautiful **9D Breathwork journeys** coming up, and whether you've experienced breathwork before or you're simply curious about what it can do, you are so welcome. 💜

Sometimes we don't need to do more or figure everything out. Sometimes we need a safe space to slow down, breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and allow our bodies to release what we've been carrying.

🌸 August 27 | ONLINE
The Heart of Connection — A Journey Back to Love
6:00–7:00 PM MT
A beautiful opportunity to open your heart, deepen connection, and come back to the love within you—all from the comfort of home.

🦋 September 2 | IN PERSON at Glen Isle Resort
Letting Go — A Release & Renewal Journey
5:30–7:00 PM MT
A powerful 90-minute experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reset your system, and create space for what's next.

If you've been feeling stressed, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or simply feel like you're ready for something to shift, **come experience this with me.

And please feel free to *invite a friend* who you think could use this experience too. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give someone is simply saying, "Come with me.” 💜

✨ No previous breathwork experience is needed.
✨ Come exactly as you are.

I’m inviting you to join me for my next 9D Breathwork Journey — The Heart of Connection.** 💜

📅 August 27th
🕕 6:00–7:00 PM MT
💻 ONLINE — experience it from the comfort of your own home

This journey is an invitation to soften, open your heart, and reconnect with yourself, with love, and with the parts of you that may have gotten lost beneath the busyness of life.

With headphones on and eyes closed, you’ll be guided through an immersive experience combining breath, sound, somatic practices, subconscious messaging, and nervous-system support.

You don’t need experience with breathwork.

You don’t need to know how to meditate.

And you don’t need to arrive feeling calm or “ready.”

Just come as you are.** 💜

Take an hour for YOU.

Breathe. Feel. Release. Reconnect.

✨ The Heart of Connection
A journey back to love — and ultimately, back to yourself.

Release. Reset. Radiate.

Message me **“HEART”** if you’d like the details or want to join us. 💜

✨ My heart is so full today. ✨

Last night at the Mid-Summer Magic event was truly something special.

It was such an honor to guide everyone through **The Glow** 9D Breathwork Journey and then gently bring everyone back with my original song, **The Light Inside of Me**. Watching the room settle into such peace, hearing your kind words afterward, and witnessing so many beautiful moments of connection reminded me exactly why I started LustrArt Healing.

To everyone who chose to spend part of your evening with me.. thank you. Thank you for trusting the process, for showing up with open hearts, and for allowing yourselves to simply breathe, release, and receive. Knowing that so many of you found the experience meaningful means more than I can express.

A heartfelt thank you as well to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to organize such a beautiful evening. Your vision created a space where healing, connection, and community could flourish, and I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of it.

One of my favorite parts of the evening was meeting so many beautiful souls. I truly look forward to continuing the connections we began and walking alongside those of you who feel called to continue your healing journey.

Last night was a beautiful reminder that sometimes all it takes is one breath... one moment... one experience... to remember that the light has been within us all along.

Until next time...

✨ Release. Reset. Radiate. ✨

One of my favorite things about getting older is realizing I don't have to pick just one version of myself.

I can spend one day guiding breathwork, creating art, working in the garden, and soaking in the peace...

...and the next day put on my Harley gear, chase mountain roads, and let the wind remind me what freedom feels like.

I've stopped trying to make all the pieces fit into someone else's idea of who I should be.

Every one of those pieces is me.

And honestly...I think that's what healing really is.

Not becoming someone new.

But finally loving every part of who you've always been.

Maybe you have more than one side, too.

I hope you give yourself permission to enjoy every one of them.

Because that's where your radiance begins❤️ by @carrie.twigg

I keep finding myself smiling every time I think about this.

If you joined me at Two Bridges, you know how special those quiet moments are.

Watching people slow down... breathe... laugh... cry... and leave feeling lighter reminded me that we all need spaces where we can simply come back to ourselves.

Ever since then, I've been asking myself...

"How can I make this something I can offer more often?"

The answer slowly started taking shape.

Not in a studio.
Not in a busy wellness center.

But outside.

Under one of the most incredible night skies we have here in Bailey.

There's something about laying beneath the stars that I can't quite explain.

Not because the stars heal us...

But because they remind us to slow down long enough to hear ourselves again.

That's what I've been creating.

A cozy little sanctuary where you can settle into a warm cocoon, put on your headphones, look up at the night sky, and simply let yourself breathe.

No expectations.

No pressure to perform.

Just space.

Space to let go of everything you've been carrying.

Space to remember yourself.

This is really an extension of what we started at Two Bridges... just in a way that feels even more intimate, more connected to nature, and something I'll be able to share with our community throughout the year.

I don't know exactly how to describe it yet...

I just know that every time I imagine someone lying there beneath those stars, taking that first deep breath, I get goosebumps.

And whenever I get that feeling...

I've learned it's worth listening to.

I have a feeling this is going to become something really special. ✨

I have limited seating, who in here needs this before the end of the month? by @carrie.twigg

The past four weeks have been full... and my heart is overflowing. ❤️

Leaving Northern Michigan is never easy.

This trip wasn't just about visiting home... it was about being present for the people who matter most.

I was grateful to stand beside my husband's family during a time of loss, to spend precious time helping my mom as she begins the difficult process of downsizing, to visit with my stepmom, reconnect with friends I don't get to see nearly often enough, and simply soak in the beauty of home.

There were fireworks that made me feel like a kid again. 🎆

Golf rounds filled with laughter.

A Bob Seger tribute with a dear friend that reminded me how music connects us to memories.

Boating with friends we hadn't seen in far too long.

River days with family...

...and quiet moments by the river alone, where I had the space to breathe, reflect, and listen to what my heart has been trying to tell me.

The past four weeks somehow flew by.

And now...

Here I am, back in Colorado, sitting in one of my favorite chairs, soaking up another beautiful mountain evening.

As much as it's hard to leave Michigan, there's also an incredible excitement in returning home.

Because this is where I get to continue building something that has become so much bigger than I ever imagined.

LustrArt Healing has never just been about wellness.

It's about creating a place where people feel safe enough to slow down...

to reconnect with themselves...

and to remember the light that has always been within them.

I have so many exciting things coming over the next few months, from new Radiant Reset Experiences, community gatherings, workshops, and special events, to resources I've been quietly creating behind the scenes. I can hardly wait to share them with you.

Thank you to everyone in Michigan and Northern Wisconsin who wrapped our family in so much love these past few weeks.

And to my Colorado community...

I'm home.

Let's continue creating something beautiful together.

✨ Here's to returning to ourselves.

Sometimes even the people who teach rest need to remember to receive it.

The past few weeks have felt a little like life moving faster than my nervous system could keep up.

An unexpected trip back to Michigan for a funeral.
Supporting my mom.
A demanding season in my day job.
Completing my 9D Breathwork certification.
Trying to hold space for everyone while feeling a little disconnected from myself.

And if I'm honest, my routines have drifted.

The breathwork.
The meditation.
The quiet moments.
The practices that help me feel grounded and connected.

This morning, sitting by the water and watching the sunlight reflect across the lake, I was reminded of something I often share with the women I work with:

You don't fail when you fall out of your routine.

You simply notice.

And noticing is the invitation to return.

Our nervous systems are constantly responding to life. Sometimes they become overloaded, dysregulated, or exhausted. Sometimes we move into survival mode without even realizing it.

But the beautiful thing is that our bodies are always willing to come back to safety.

One breath.
One walk.
One meditation.
One quiet moment.
One choice to return to ourselves.

If life has felt heavy lately, if you've been carrying a lot, if you've lost touch with the things that help you feel like you,

this is your reminder that you can begin again today.

The reset doesn't have to be perfect.

It simply has to begin.

✨ What is one small practice that helps you return to yourself when life feels overwhelming?

#RadiantReset #NervousSystemHealing #LustrArtHealing #ReturnToYourself #ReleaseResetRadiate #HealingInNature by @carrie.twigg

For a long time, I thought feeling exhausted was simply part of life.

You work.
You care for everyone else.
You solve problems.
You push through.
You keep going.

And somewhere along the way, many of us stop asking ourselves what we need.

We become so accustomed to carrying responsibilities, meeting expectations, and holding everything together that we no longer recognize what it feels like to truly rest.

Not vacation rest.

Not "I slept eight hours" rest.

The kind of rest that reaches your nervous system.

The kind that allows you to exhale.

Over the past several years, I've found myself asking:

Where do women go when they're simply tired?

Not physically tired.

Soul tired.

The kind of tired that comes from giving so much of yourself away that you forget what it feels like to come home to yourself.

And somewhere along my own journey of healing, nature, creativity, breathwork, and learning to slow down, I realized something important:

So many women don't need another thing to accomplish.

They need permission to pause.

They need space to breathe.

They need connection.

They need a place where they don't have to hold everything together for everyone else.

As I've begun creating LustrArt Healing and the Radiant Reset experiences, I've realized something else:

I'm not building an audience. I'm building a sanctuary

A place where women can slow down.

Reconnect with themselves.

Spend time in nature.

Breathe deeply.

Heal gently.

And remember who they are beneath all the responsibilities they carry.

This vision is still unfolding.

The healing spaces.
The gatherings.
The conversations.
The quiet moments.
The opportunities to reconnect with ourselves.

And I couldn't be more excited to share this journey as it comes to life.

Thank you for being here while I build something that I hope becomes a place of rest, connection, and renewal for so many women.

If you've been carrying more than you were ever meant to carry, perhaps what you need isn't another thing to do.

Perhaps you simply need a place to exhale. ✨

What does "a place to exhale" look like for you right now? by @carrie.twigg

✨ I am so honored to be part of this beautiful evening of wellness, connection, and community. ✨

I'll be offering a guided "Radiant Reset Breathwork Experience" a powerful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release what you've been carrying, and create space for what you truly need.

So many of us spend our days caring for everyone else, moving from one responsibility to the next without ever pausing to take a breath. This evening is an invitation to do exactly that.

There is something incredibly healing about women gathering together with intention. When we come together in a space of openness, curiosity, and support, we create an energy that allows us to remember who we are beneath the stress, overwhelm, and busyness of life.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, clarity, inspiration, connection, or simply a moment to exhale, I would love to meet you there.

Join us on July 24th for an evening designed to help you relax, reconnect, and recharge.

Early Bird pricing is available through June 24th. ✨👇

This trip with my daughter was one my soul truly needed. ❤️✨🥰

Mahkayla and I took some time away together and headed to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, enjoyed a beautiful spa day, wandered through the local markets, laughed, slowed down, rested, and simply enjoyed being together.

There was something so grounding about this trip. No rushing. No pressure. Just presence, connection, beautiful scenery, deep conversations, and moments I know I’ll carry with me for a very long time.

As life gets busy and seasons continue to change, I’m realizing more and more how important it is to intentionally create space for the people we love most.

This was more than a getaway… it felt like a reset. ✨

So grateful for this time with my sweet girl, the memories we created, and the reminder that sometimes the most healing thing we can do is simply slow down and be fully present. ✨❤️🙏 by @carrie.twigg

Happy Memorial Day to my dad. 🤍

Our story wasn’t always easy.

There were parts of my childhood that carried pain, confusion, and trauma.. things that took me many years to fully process and understand. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve also come to recognize that he carried his own pain too… from his life experiences, his upbringing, and from war.

That realization didn’t erase the hard parts of our story, but it allowed me to see him through a different lens,
one with more compassion, grace, and understanding.

I truly believe he did the best he could with what he had and what he had lived through.

And through it all, I never doubted that he loved me.

Today, I’m grateful not only for the beautiful memories we shared, but also for the lessons that shaped me, strength, resilience, determination, and the reminder that healing often begins when we choose understanding over resentment.

Life and relationships can be complicated. Sometimes the people who hurt us were carrying wounds of their own. That doesn’t make the pain disappear, but it can open the door to healing, forgiveness, and peace.

So today, I honor both the complicated parts of our story and the love that existed within it.

Missing him today, thinking of him often, and grateful for the healing that can happen across generations. 🤍❤️🙏✨ by @carrie.twigg

Still taking in the beauty of yesterday’s very first Radiant Reset™ Mini Retreat at Two Bridges Lodge. ✨

To the incredible women who joined me… thank you.

Thank you for trusting me.
Thank you for showing up for yourselves.
Thank you for bringing your openness, your energy, your stories, your laughter, your tears, and your hearts into that space.

Watching each of you slow down, breathe deeper, reconnect, and simply allow yourselves to receive was something I’ll never forget.

There was something truly special about the way we gathered together... grounding in nature, sharing meaningful conversations, experiencing breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, creative integration, nourishment, and moments of quiet reflection together.

My intention for Radiant Reset™ has always been to create a space where women feel safe enough to exhale… and yesterday felt like exactly that.

You were part of the very first retreat experience, and that means more to me than I can fully express. 💛

I hope you continue carrying the peace, clarity, softness, and connection from yesterday into the days ahead.

And thank you to Two Bridges Lodge for helping create such a beautiful space for this experience.

With so much gratitude,
