Two weeks into 2026 and our Airbnb client is already having a “wait… WHAT?!” moment 😅 Here’s the humble brag: we launched a strategy-first content plan, and TWO reels hit 1.4M+ views… resulting in 48 bookings in 28 hours. Yep, their 2026 calendar started filling so fast they had to open up 2027 dates 👀✨ So what’s the secret sauce? It’s not “just post more.” It’s: Data-backed hooks (we lead with what travelers actually search + stop for) Scroll-stopping structure (first 1–2 seconds matter more than anything) Story + clarity (who it’s for, what it feels like, why it’s different) Consistency + momentum (we ride what’s working, fast) This is what happens when content isn’t random — it’s aligned with a conversion goal: more eyes → more clicks → more bookings. If you’re an Airbnb/short-term rental owner and you’re ready to turn your content into a booked-out calendar in 2026, let’s chat. 🤍 by @carusoandcomarketing
Save this for your next Airbnb shoot ✨ These are my go-to content shots that make a property feel like an experience — not just a space. When I shoot an Airbnb, I’m always looking for: • the shock & awe moment (your biggest flex) • a lifestyle clip that makes someone think “I want to be there” • cinematic angles + details that quietly scream premium Because the goal isn’t “here’s a room.” The goal is “here’s what it feels like to stay here.” If you’re a host or property manager and want content like this for your listing, DM me “AIRBNB” or head to the link in my bio to inquire 📷✨🏡 by @carusoandcomarketing
About two weeks ago, I made my last trip to North Carolina in my current role as social media manager for @paradisepilatesti, after working with them for over two years. I met the wonderful @erinanncanada before she had even opened her first studio and for the first couple of months, it was her and me working to build an incredible brand. Fast forward she open three Pilates studios in less than 2 years and has become a staple in the community. This company has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined from when Erin and I first met at a random table in @sundialcoffeeandtea both of us starting our businesses with big dreams but not a lot of expectations (at least on my end🤪). I’m so grateful I was able to be a part of the journey and I can’t wait to see how it continues to grow 🤍 I know this is not my last time visiting the wonderful surf city but for now I’m finishing this chapter full of joy and gratitude. Please enjoy some of my favorite moments from my most recent trip and some from a little further down memory lane ✨ Always my favorite @sundialcoffeeandtea The girl boss @erinanncanada 🥹🥹🥹 Breaking my back for the shot always! A class mirror selfie from the early days! My office away from home 🤍 @oliviabumgardner @alexisruggiero_ The sweet @oliviabumgardner Doggo walks ofc My favorite mermaid 🧜🏻‍♀️ @katiemermaidpage Living in this mock neck (confirmed on next slide) 🤪🤪🤪 The first place I ever tried matcha (didn’t like it at first now I’m obsessed) Surf City 🫶🏼 The gals 🩷 Last team hangout 🥂 OG days of PPTI Again, getting the shot 📸 My final NC sunrise 🌅 (for now) I love you @paradisepilatesti 🤍 by @carusoandcomarketing

okay this tool literally changed how I think about my Instagram strategy 👀 I’ve been using @parchmate and I’m obsessed — it’s a free AI-powered Instagram audit that analyzes YOUR actual content and performance data and tells you exactly what’s working, what’s not, and what to post next. like… no more guessing. no more posting and hoping for the best. you literally just drop in your handle, and it sends you a custom report with your top-performing posts, growth patterns, and 3 specific things to try this week. it takes maybe 2 minutes and it’s completely free. as someone who lives and breathes social media, tools like this are the reason content strategies actually work in 2025. AI isn’t just for the big brands anymore — it’s for every small business owner who wants to show up smarter, not harder 💪 and because I love you guys — they’re giving my audience 50% off their first month! 🎉 comment PARCHMATE and I’ll send the link + the discount straight to your DMs! 🔗 #instagramaudit #aitools #socialmediatools #ınstagramstrategy #smallbusinessmarketing by @carusoandcomarketing
