Strength training for athletic development is available right here on campus in our fitness center!

Saguaro Sports Performance aims to raise the bar on how our student-athletes are served throughout their athletic experience at SHS.

Our goal is to provide the strength & conditioning components that current programs need to improve competitive readiness, work capacity, physical longevity, and a team culture which is built on hard work and a desire for excellence.

Wondering how to get involved?

Training can take place after school or during Resistance Training Periods 3, 4, 6, 7 (all girls)

***this structure is fluid and may change upon demand and/or team needs.

A trip to the west side turned into an impromptu visit at Willow Canyon High School where my good friend and fellow strength coach @coach_claybewley runs a top tier program. Nothing like a little fellowship and talking shop with the homie!
