I lost the momentum with my Majorelle cushion, but I’m back on track again joining the hexagons and half hexagons. I love how it looks and excited to bring it all together with the border. ✨✨✨ #sharethecrochetlove #crochethome #crochettherapy #colourfulcrochet #majorellecushion by @caswell47
A lovely stack of hexagons waiting for their final rows. These have grown very quickly this week as I sit inside, in the cool, to escape the midday heat. #majorellecushion @janiecrow #englishsummertime #toohotforme #crochetiscool #crochettherapy by @caswell47
Two more rows done on each hexagon of the #majorellecushion by @janiecrow and I’m loving crocheting row by row, it’s a much more rewarding way for me to crochet. #crochetlove #colourfulcrochet #crochettherapy #crochethexagon by @caswell47
Majorelle Cushion Cover in progress…… Always wanted to crochet something by Jane Crowfoot but a blanket is too much for me. In a little birthday sale she had recently, I found this perfect project. I’m crocheting the eight hexagons using a great idea from Debbie @debbie_made_this ✨rather than crochet one hexagon at a time I’ve made this one, and now I’m going to crochet the next seven repeating the same row. I hope it will help me with motivation seeing them all grow together. Thanks for this idea Debbie! I’m using the same colours as Jane because they are awesome and it would take me ages to pick my own. It’s different yarn so some shading differences. Yarn Scheepjes Catona Hook Tulip Etimo Red 3mm #majorellecushion #colourfulcrochet #crochetlove #crochettherapy #sharethecrochetlove by @caswell47
#flowerdoodlecoaster We still have our mini heatwave, so this was a perfect little project to crochet in the evenings. This is a lovely free pattern from sweet Elena @crochetcreator and I’ve gone for this slightly chunky version made with T Shirt Yarn. We found this gorgeous amaryllis sprouting in the garage a few weeks ago. We forgot to plant it last year before Christmas. It’s blooming perfectly and Elenas design has made a gorgeous coaster for the pot to sit on💕🩵💚 Thoroughly recommend this cute (free) coaster ✨ #crochetfriends #crochetcoaster #chunkycrochet #amaryllis by @caswell47
I had a lovely surprise, the free pattern for this cute crochet belt from my dear friend Karen @crochetdahlia It arrived just as I’d finished my mandala pattern test, I felt a bit lost and at a loose end. Karen said this would be the perfect little project. I absolutely loved crocheting it, my only problem was what colour🤔…….so I chose them all🤗 🌈 I made it for my daughter and as we are currently enjoying a little heatwave in the UK it makes the perfect shorts accessory 💜🩷💛💚✨ Yarn: Yarn and Colours Must Have (various colours!) Virida Mandala Beautiful new design by dear Renata @sunshinenl_gallery It’s been a pleasure and honour to test this stunning mandala. Yesterday was the release day for #viridamandala and I can thoroughly recommend. A very meditative joyous crochet journey with the well written pattern, chart and step by step photos helping along the way. Just a quick peek at my finished Virida mandala. She’s all blocked and waiting for her hoop to arrive. Yarn; Yarnsmiths Headliner 250g/1000m and Yarnsmiths support act 50g from #woolwarehouse Hook: Tulip Etimo Red 2.5mm #crochetmandala #yarnsmithsheadliner #crochetart by @caswell47
