By now, you probably know how much I love flowers. 🌸
I put them everywhere… And honestly, I’m not planning to stop!

.
Cat & Ring is also about all the people who make these moments possible. 🤍
My team, who share my passion and eye for detail. The smiles exchanged at your events. Your messages afterwards, your feedback and the trust you place in us again and again — they always mean so much to me.
And then there are the masterclasses: another way to come together, cook and share what we love.

Thank you for being part of this journey. New things are coming soon… stay tuned! 👀

Just before the guests arrive, I always take one last look around.
I straighten a bite, adjust a plate and check that everything is ready to serve. Guests may never see those last few minutes of preparation… but I know they matter. ✨

Some tables make you want to stay a little longer. 🍂
At Hôtel de Pourtalès, everything invites you to enjoy the moment: the elegance of the setting, its intimate atmosphere and the care given to every guest. I love creating food that lives up to such a place and feels naturally part of the evening.
You arrive for an event, linger around the table… and leave with the memory of a beautiful Parisian evening. 🤎

I think you can tell when someone loves what they do. 😊
I love planning your menus, taking care of the final details and being there on the day, when it all comes to life. I hope you can feel that joy in the experience — and on your plate!

Flavour, beauty and just the right touch of surprise in every bite. ✨
I love it when a bite looks irresistible from the start… and tastes even better than you imagined.

.
There are more and more of you here, so let me introduce myself again! 👋
I’m Hafida, private chef and founder of Cat & Ring. I love cooking for the moments that bring people together: a private dinner, brunch, afterwork, press day, cocktail reception or a big celebration. Each time, I want it to look beautiful, taste delicious and give everyone a really good time.

I’m also a private chef at Hôtel de Pourtalès, a Parisian address I love for its elegance and intimate atmosphere. There, I create bespoke menus, private dinners and receptions, always with the pleasure of making the occasion feel special for everyone around the table.

Welcome! How did you discover Cat & Ring? 🤍

Un buffet comme ça… ou rien. 🤍

A buffet like this… or nothing. 🤍
Colours, flavours, flowers, and that little moment when guests pause to take it all in before the first bite. That’s the feeling I love creating.
I’m always happy to be part of your memorable events and share the joy of the moment with you.
Planning an event? Send me a message and let’s create a buffet that feels like you. 💌

One bite, four intentions. Candied fruit for indulgence, cream for softness, walnut for texture, and a flower for delicacy. A small creation designed as a balance of textures, colors and flavors. ✨

To give your event a table that truly reflects you, I accompany you from the first idea to the very last bite !
