These young men put in the work. Thursday night, they made time to recover. 🏀🔥

We welcomed the CATS Academy Boys Basketball Team to The Sanctuary, and we couldn’t have asked for a more polite group of young men.

The practices. The games. The weight room. The schoolwork. It all adds up. Taking care of yourself deserves a spot on that schedule, too.

We’re proud to give these athletes a place to recharge and spend time together off the court. Thank you to the players and coaching staff for making recovery a priority!

Coaches, you ask a lot of your athletes. Give them time to recover together.

📩 Message us “TEAM” and let’s get your group booked at The Sanctuary.

The other day, we welcomed Tiago, a basketball player from CATS Academy in Braintree, to The Sanctuary for some recovery time away from the court and weight room.

For so many athletes today, there’s barely an offseason. Between school and town leagues, club seasons, and showcases, the schedule stays full—and the demands on their bodies keep adding up. Making time to rest and recover needs to be part of that schedule, too.

We’re glad to be a resource for Tiago, giving him a place to slow down, take care of his body, and recharge. A couple of his teammates have already stopped in as well, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support them.

You put the work in. Give yourself time to recover from it.

Rest. Recover. Recharge.
