From the production concept to colorful results. 🏭🍦

Every ice cream starts with an idea. But how does that idea become a product ready for large-scale production?

It takes more than a great recipe. The right technology, purpose-designed moulds and a production process tailored to the product all play a key role in bringing new creations to life.

At Catta 27, we develop machinery for industrial ice cream production, helping manufacturers turn creative concepts into products ready for the production line.

From the mould that gives each ice cream its shape to the machinery that makes large-scale production possible, every stage is part of a bigger process: transforming ideas into reality.

If you could bring any ice cream idea to life, what would it be? 👇

Small granules. Big precision. 🎯

A #behindthescene of our testing dep 👀

Enjoy the satisfying ASMR of raspberry granules being weighed by our dosing machine. ❤️

Behind every dose, we test, measure, and fine-tune to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The result? Less product waste, more consistent quality, and reliable performance on the production line.

Because better production starts with better testing. 🧩

WHAT'S BEHIND YOUR FAVOURITE ICE CREAM? 🍦

Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of industrial ice cream production? 👀

From pasteurisation and mix processing to freezing, filling and packaging, every stage relies on advanced systems working together to turn ingredients into the finished product.

⚙️ Precision, process control and integrated technologies make the difference — supporting consistency, efficiency and reliable production.

Because behind every scoop, there’s a whole world of engineering. 🚀

QUALITY AS SYSTEM. ⚙️
It all starts with the details.

Great machines don't happen by chance: they're take expertise, precision and people who know how to turn technical requirements into reliable solutions.
At CATTA 27, quality is our way to work every day. It comes from the people behind our technology, the attention we give to every stage of production and our commitment to continuously improving our solutions.

Because engineering excellence starts long before a machine is ready:

🔧 Every connection matters.
👨‍🔧 Every skill adds value.
🎯 Every process contributes to performance.
