POSTS STORIES REELS
“Solstice, Interrupted” is officially out! We’re thrilled to finally share this creative adventure we embarked on together this summer in the Finnish countryside. The album tells the story of a monster’s existential crisis and eventual pursuit of humanity—a journey of transformation that’s not unlike our own life experiences. Primarily recorded in a 200-year-old smoke cabin owned by Jukka’s family, where we captured the essence of midsummer both through sound and spirit: creaking doors, antique farm tools, and the immersive symphony of nature beneath the endless sun. This album is a true labor of love, and we hope it resonates with each of you, whether it is the story itself or the music used to express it.🧛🏻🧛🏻‍♀️ We can’t wait to hear which songs are your favorite! Special thanks to our friends @sirkevinmax for featuring his stunning vocals on track 1 (and nerding out on vampire vibes with us), @readyplayerbass for his incredible bass-playing and writing on tracks 3,7,10 (and bravery with an electric fly swatter/giving Promise his bed while Paviaani occurred) , @visaoscarofficial for co-writing track 6 (and coaching Promise through the vocal performance!) , @d4rkb0i for co-writing/featuring killer vocals on track 5 (never enough satan, but we got pretty close) , @douglascshowalter for cowriting/producing track 9 (the best guitar riffs a duo could ever ask for!), and @benjaminfrancisleftwich for cowriting track 9 (your emotional presence brought the song to life). Thank you all for being a part of this journey. 🩶🩶🩶 by @caydusmusic
