Elevating technique from the inside out! 🩰✨

Our advanced-level dancers are taking their strength and precision to the next level with Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) led by Ms. Christina! @cbunn8

Created by Marie Walton-Mahon, PBT is an innovative training method that uses muscle memory to help dancers understand core stability, proper weight placement, and alignment. Working with large and small yoga balls as well as resistance bands, our students learn how to feel the correct muscle engagement required for ballet.

By building deep neuromuscular awareness, this specialized class directly reinforces TBT’s philosophy of safe dance training—empowering each dancer to prevent injury and maximize their full potential.
We love seeing our advanced students invest in the smart, foundational work that powers extraordinary artistry! 💪🏼✨

👇 Drop a 🩰 in the comments to celebrate our hardworking dancers!
