Still feeling so overwhelmed (in the best way) after our @twloha Move For It 5K šŸ–¤ Thank you to every single person who showed up, walked, ran, donated, or supported virtually online Seeing everyone come together for mental health awarenessā€”and in honor of someone so deeply lovedā€”was something we will never forget. You didnā€™t just participate in a walkā€¦ you helped create connection, hope, and real impact. To our sponsors, family, and friendsā€”thank you for giving so generously, not just with your resources, but with your hearts. You helped turn something personal into something that touched so many. Now for the numbers and this years stats **As a virtual team we were 20 members strong ** We raised $5,000 (that Is more than double than what we raised last year) šŸ‘šŸ¼ **For the in person meet up we had over 50 people walking together ** This is bigger than just a 5K. This is love in action and we cannot wait to see what next year has in store. This is just the beginning With so much gratitude, šŸ–¤ #livelovespreadlove #everyonebelongs #hometeam #twloha #mentalhealthawarenessmonth by @cbyrne425

Still feeling all the feels from Senior night on Monday. Eventhough we knew it was coming, I still wasnā€™t prepared for how emotional I would be shocker I know šŸ˜šŸ˜ Field Hockey has been such a huge important part of the past four years for Londyn. It has truly brought the best people into all of our lives here and has been so much more than just a sport to us. Watching her grow each year and navigating a come back from an injury with grace and perseverance has been so inspiring. donā€™t get me started on the Anthem singing šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ„¹šŸ„¹ We are so incredibly thankful for the friends who are family that came out and showed up for our girl on her special night. Last season Best Season We love our 26 by @cbyrne425

These all came out so great for all of the team. Thank you Seshu for your time and creative vision. Ct friends if youā€™re looking for some senior portraits or head shots give him a shout. ļæ¼ by @cbyrne425

What a beautiful way to spend World Mental Health Day. Our Annual dedicated Morganā€™s Message game helps end the stigma and raise awareness of mental heath in student athletes. Thank you to our amazing ambassadors for putting this all together. No one is ever alone šŸ‘šŸ«‚šŸ¦‹#livelovespreadlove #morgansmessage #mentalhealthawareness by @cbyrne425
