Gorillaz last stop on their North American tour!!
I danced, sung, screamed until I was horse!
It was the most epic concert ever!!! by @cecil_sherwood

First concert in over 30yrs. Haley Williams, from Paramore, her solo career. With Rico Nasty opening! It was so good! by @cecil_sherwood

Time to get some happy back!
Got off a long shift and knew it was a good day to hit a hike/scramble I’ve been eyeing for awhile.
Mt. Washington! Check out the stats for the vert 🥵
Getting my classic tree poses with a camera timer was challenging while not getting blown off a 400’ cliff. lol by @cecil_sherwood

Little sis Trinity Kimmel got her first trad lead. Anchor building and got to see a bear! by @cecil_sherwood

I definitely needed today. I needed the reset; and some nature therapy .

Big thanks to my little sis, Trinity, for coming up from Bend to climb The Fang with me. Definitely the kind of day I needed. 🧗‍♂️❤️

And I have her an early birthday present, a full set of cams. 🧗‍♀️ by @cecil_sherwood

I was honored to be selected with three other vets for a special veterans only steelhead salmon charter with a guide. It was a little weird being guided and not the guide. He even baited the hooks. I caught the biggest fish of the day! Huge thanks to Outdoors For Our Heroes for giving me this amazing opportunity! It was a great experience to be able to forget the day to day and hang out with other vets and fish. by @cecil_sherwood

Spending my fourth on a capital forest run. No BBQ, no alcohol, no fireworks. Just 10.2 miles of trail at a 12:30 average pace. 🏃🏽‍♂️🥵 by @cecil_sherwood

That’s it. Officially done. Out. It’s over. No more army. The next chapter starts now. by @cecil_sherwood
