bet on yourself.

at the start of prep in January, I never imagined I’d finish my first season top 3 on a national stage.

this journey has been life-changing. from the incredible people I’ve met, to the places I’ve gotten to travel, to everything I’ve learned about myself, I’m so thankful for every part of it.

for now, let’s grow! (and eat a stack of pancakes) 🥞 by @ceepsfitness

TOP 3 national performance routine‼️(someone pinch me)

Still so surreal to say and to think about, but the work isn’t done yet. Thank you God for this wonderful body and for the amazing community that continues to support me.❤️‍🔥

bodybuilding can feel like a lonely sport sometimes, but man have I felt the love recently 💌

so thankful for the incredible people this sport has brought into my life and for those who continue to support my journey!❤️‍🔥 by @ceepsfitness

i stayed pretty quiet about this journey for a long time because i didn’t know how people would perceive me stepping into bodybuilding, but this sport reminded me that discipline, self growth, and honoring the body God gave me is bigger than outside opinions.

to anyone scared to start because of what people might think: do it anyway. the people who truly love and support you will follow! <33

Special thanks to @isabelleiannantone @samanthabreit45 @lydia.ifbbbikinipro @levelupposing i simply could not have done this without you all.
