MEET YOUR COACH‼️

Hi, I’m Marcellus Simmons, owner of CellusFit, and a former college strength & conditioning coach, and current NPC Classic Physique Competitor. From being the smallest guy on the field and in the classroom, I knew that training was something ! needed to level the playing field. What started as a personal journey in the gym, has evolved into a passion for guiding others to achieve their goals through effective training, balanced nutrition, and mindset development.

With several years of coaching at the college level and years of hands-on experience through competitive bodybuilding and results-driven programming, l have coached individuals from all walks of life-from beginners just starting out, to athletes preparing for peak performance.

My mission is simple: to educate, empower, and elevate.

I specialize in personalized online coaching tailored to your unique goals.

Whether you’re looking to burn fat, build lean muscle, increase strength, or level up your athletic performance.

My approach combines:
• Custom Training Programs - based on your schedule, level, and equipment
• Custom Macro-Based Nutrition Coaching - no cookie-cutter plans; only real, sustainable strategies
• Weekly Check-ins & Accountability - progress needs structure
• Mindset & Lifestyle Support - fitness isn’t just physical-it’s mental too.

WHAT A WEEKEND😮‍💨‼️

🥇 CLASSIC PHYSIQUE- True Novice Class A

15 week, 105 days of work were put on the display on Saturday. I want to give all the glory and thanks to God for allowing to be able to compete in my first ever show.

I want to thank everyone who supported me through this prep and even before this. Y’all support means so much more than y’all think. It was the biggest driving point in my lowest through prep. This is not my trophy, this is y’all’s trophy as well.

Going into to my first competition I had no expectations to win. I just wanted to get an experience and learn. But the God we have is amazing and awesome. When I heard “1st Place Marcellus Simmons” I felt the world leave my body. All the preparation and work paid off

MawMaw I know you’re proud. I can already hear you saying, “that my Superman”. This trophy is yours MawMaw🕊️

Now it’s time to get back to work. 2 year bulk coming and a road to 200 lbs starts now. Buckle up this gonna get fun

“It’s amazing what you accomplish, when no one take the credit”

A quote that heard before I got to high school where this was posted in our locker room. As much as they try to give me the credit to what THEY have accomplished, they’re the one who’ve clocked in the work. They’ve been the ones that putting work to the pavement!
