I ask every woman I tie beads on to create an intention for each strand of beads they wear. When you state your intention over your waistbeads, you are assigning it a purpose and giving it meaning. By consciously expressing why you are wearing the waistbeads, you create a specific energy and focus that influences how you interact with and in them.

Being clear about your intention surrounding why you wear the waistbeads sets the tone for your mindset and emotions, guiding the energy you intend to operate in while you wear them.

By acknowledging and articulating your intention, you create a deeper connection with your beads, allowing them to become more than just a decorative accessory but a meaningful tool for self-expression and self-awareness.

Once you declare your intention, speak that over yourself everyday. I intend to show up as/with…

Be intentional ladies ✨💛

Monday Mantra: I am a force of nature, I unapologetically shine bright. I tackle challenges with a boss attitude, sprinkle kindness like confetti, and keep my mind as open as my heart. Today, I slay with grace, hustle with heart, and laugh with abandon. I am not just dreaming, I am doing. ✨
