🛠️BUILDING STRONGER SPLITS FOR SHOOTERS

A strong split isn’t just about flexibility. It requires strength, stability, balance and control.

For netball shooters (GS/GA), developing strength through the split position is essential for creating space, quick footwork and establishing strong body positioning and maintaining control when receiving the ball under defensive pressure.

This is a session for our off season camps where we focused on strong splits and faster transition to go for any balls fed to them.

NECK STRENGTH & STABILITY | RUGBY FORWARDS 🏉

✨Neck strength✨ is an essential part of physical preparation for rugby forwards, particularly with the demands of scrummaging, tackling, rucking and contact situations.

A strong, stable neck helps athletes maintain body positioning, control and alignment under pressure, while improving their ability to withstand and manage contact forces🔥.

STRONGER NECK. BETTER CONTROL. STRONGER FORWARDS.

AUS TOUR, CENTRAL COAST
Changing things up in our last week in Sydney as we spent our last 4 days in Central Coast training Rugby League🏉 athletes. This was a fun a group session and definitely grateful🙌🏽 for the athletes that turned up to give our training a go.

We are excited to showcase more variety of sports we train and look after in Australia very soon👀

WEEK 2/DAY 9-10|BRISBANE RECAP✍🏽
4 days in Windsor, Brisbane, five group sessions, individual sessions, long days and plenty of time in the hot sun. ☀️

It’s definitely been a real test for our team, but an incredibly rewarding🙌🏽 few days. Every athlete we’ve met has brought energy, and we’ve loved working with everyone who has stepped onto the court with us.

We might be sunburnt, running on tired legs and dealing with blown-up calves after being on our feet for 9+ hours each day🫠 but every session has been worth it.

A massive thank you to everyone who has made the effort to attend over the past four days. Whether you’ve driven hours, flown in from another town, or travelled from just around the corner, we genuinely appreciate you choosing to spend that time training with CAP💚.

And a huge thank you to @downeyparknetball for having us and allowing us to use your facilities throughout our Brisbane leg. 💚

One last day in Queensland today, finishing things off on the Gold Coast before we make our way to Sydney for the final leg of our Australian Tour! 🇦🇺

VISION NETBALL ACADEMY SESSIONS RECAP💙 @visionnetballacademy

Always good to take our training back to one of our favourite groups and academy in Melbourne, as we love to test and challenge their athletes with our different methods of training from back home. These private sessions happened to feature our training masks which not only tested their lungs🫁 but mental🫠 recovery as well.

As always, massive thank you to Desmond and his amazing team and family for always looking after us and making us feel at home whenever we are in Melbourne💚.

We are excited for our next sessions and stay tuned for more sessions from our Australian tour.

WEEK1/DAY 1-3| MELBOURNE RECAP✍🏽

And just like that… our 3-week Australian Tour🇦🇺 is officially underway:

There was no better place to kick things off than one of our favourite locations, ✨Melbourne✨

The past three days have taken us across 📍Footscray, 📍Caroline Springs, 📍Lara and 📍Dandenong, where we’ve had the opportunity to work with so many talented and passionate netball athletes.

As we head into our final day in Melbourne tomorrow before making our way to Adelaide, we want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has trained with us so far. 💚

Thank you for welcoming CAP into your hometowns, clubs and venues and for bringing such great energy to every session.

And if this is only the beginning of Week 1… we can’t wait to see what the rest of Australia has in store.

Melbourne ➡️ Adelaide ➡️ Brisbane ➡️ Sydney

Stay tuned for plenty of tour updates, behind-the-scenes content and clinic recaps!

🗣️Still wanting to train with us? Spaces are still available at selected upcoming locations. Head to our website for clinic information and registrations.
