Plenty of gyms can make you sweat. We want to know your name, help you get better, celebrate the wins and make training one of the best parts of your day. 🤝 Great coaching. Proper training. Really good people. That’s CFV. #CrossFitVauxhall #CrossFitLondon #LondonFitness #LondonGym #CrossFitCommunity by @cfvauxhall
This is CFV. 9 different classes and plenty of opportunities to get involved beyond the workout. Expert coaching, friendly faces and a community that makes you want to keep showing up. Whatever your starting point, there’s a place for you under the arches. Ready to join us? Hit the link in our bio. #crossfitvauxhall #crossfitlondon #londonfitness #vauxhall #londongym by @cfvauxhall
Whatever you do, DO NOT watch to the end. We asked our members to describe that workout in 1 word, they loved it … mostly 👀 (We promise they keep coming back voluntarily.) #CrossFitVauxhall #CrossFitCommunity #GymHumour #LondonCrossFit #Vauxhall by @cfvauxhall
Hot wings and hot takes 🌶️ 👀 We sat our coaches down with 10 increasingly spicy wings to talk intensity: how hard should you train, is scaling cheating, and does every workout need to destroy you? Welcome to the CFV Intensity Guide. #CrossFitVauxhall #CrossFit #CrossFitCoaching #TrainingIntensity #HotWings by @cfvauxhall
Our members are getting so bloody strong, we’ve got to make sure they’re remembering to brace properly. 🫁💪 Jokes aside, learning to brace is one of the most important skills when it comes to lifting heavy. So, what actually is bracing? 🤔 It’s about creating pressure and tension around your trunk to help stabilise your spine and transfer force effectively when lifting. Think: 💨 Breathe into your belly AND sides. 💪 Tighten your trunk like someone’s about to punch you in the stomach. 🏋️ Maintain that pressure and tension through the hardest part of the lift, then reset your breath when appropriate. It’s not just about taking the biggest breath possible. It’s about creating stability and knowing how to use it. Anyway, at least we know everyone’s breathing. 🫡 #CrossFitVauxhall #CrossFitLondon #StrengthTraining #LiftingTechnique #CrossFitCoaching by @cfvauxhall
New block. New benchmarks. Our same favourite Irishman. 🫡 🇮🇪 Fran, Acid Bath, Heavy Thruster and 3-Position Clean are on the menu for October–December. 👀 Want to know what Kyle’s been cooking? Head over to our newly rebooted YouTube channel for the full programming breakdown! 🎥 #CrossFitVauxhall #CrossFitLondon #CrossFitTraining #StrengthAndConditioning #CrossFitCommunity by @cfvauxhall
Two of our favourite things caught on camera. Working bloody hard and having a really good time doing it. 🫶 It’s what we do every day at CFV. And probably why people keep coming back. 🫡 #CrossFitVauxhall #AG26 #CrossFitCommunity #CrossFitLondon #LondonFitness by @cfvauxhall
Good people. Big moments. Questionable lifting faces. 🫶 Anniversary Games VII, looking rather lovely through a proper lens. 📸 #CrossFitVauxhall #AG26 #CrossFitCommunity #CrossFitCompetition #CrossFitLondon by @cfvauxhall
Anniversary Games 2026 (Year No. 7)🫡🏆 7 years of Anniversary Games and somehow you lot keep making them bigger, better and more ridiculous. Big lifts, questionable decisions, plenty of suffering and an absolutely unreal atmosphere from start to finish. To everyone who competed, judged, volunteered, cheered, helped out or just came along for the vibes. THANK YOU. 🫶 Yesterday was a pretty good reminder of what makes CFV so bloody special. Same again next year? 👀 #CrossFitVauxhall #AG26 #CrossFitCommunity #CrossFitCompetition #CrossFitLondon by @cfvauxhall
