POSTS STORIES REELS

When was the last time you sat down and listened to yourself?
I’ve been wanting to create a little space in Torino where people can come together, slow down, meet new people, and just exist for a while. Without having to be productive or showing off or do anything special!
So tomorrow, this Friday, we’re having our Mindful Conversations — Chai with K session! ☕️
…..
The idea is simple, a small group of people, something warm (or cold!) to drink, meaningful conversations, a little journaling and some time to ourselves!

What are we going to do?
💓♡ get to know each other —as much as your comfortable — with a few icebreakers
💓 ♡ talk about self-care and the things we do to feel better, what works for you? What helps you when life gets overwhelming?
💓♡ explore journaling together! why it can be helpful, how to start, and how we can make it part of our everyday lives. (and yes, i’ll bring some research too :))

♡ try a journaling prompt together. you can write, draw, doodle, or do whatever feels right for you.

♡ share our thoughts, experiences, and little suggestions with each other.

🏏🏏🏏 and something important: you don’t have to share anything you write. you don’t even have to talk if you don’t feel like it. you’re more than welcome to simply listen, journal, or draw.

🪁🪁🪁 this isn’t a therapy session, an English class, or a workshop where you have to achieve something. it’s just a little space to connect with ourselves and other people. It’s a safe community.

a few practical things:

📅 Friday, October 9
🕢 19
📍 Torino (I’ll share the exact location privately)
🎟️ Free to join (drinks are your own choice)
🗣️ In English — no perfect English needed!
👥 A small group of 5–8 people

…..
you don’t need any journaling experience, and you don’t need to prepare anything. if you have a favourite notebook or some drawing materials, feel free to bring them!

who is this for? 💟 anyone, really! if you want to meet new people, have meaningful conversations, try journaling, or simply spend an hour doing something kind for yourself, you’re welcome. by @chaiwithkimia

I fell in love with reading again and that’s worth celebrating. 💜

The word “phase” gives me the quickest ick ever. I wouldn’t be the person I am— and yes I am proud of what I am; today if it wasn’t for actually digging deep and trying to learn more about myself through journaling, writing in general, painting/drawing, dance and meditation. I love being alive. 💫🧘 by @chaiwithkimia

Hii Torino!! see you tomorrow at 6 pm, centro di Torino!
Write to me and I send you the location. 💗 #meetup #torino #mindfulconversations by @chaiwithkimia

🇮🇹

A volte abbiamo solo bisogno di fermarci per un momento.

Per questo sto organizzando un piccolo incontro a Torino.

Parleremo, scriveremo, faremo qualche esercizio e disegneremo.

👥 Solo 5 posti.

Se ti interessa, scrivimi in DM e ti mando tutti i dettagli. 🤍

🇬🇧

Sometimes we just need to slow down for a moment.

That’s why I’m organizing a small gathering in Turin.

We’ll talk, write, do a few simple exercises, and draw. Nothing complicated.

Just a quiet space to spend some time with ourselves, explore our thoughts and feelings, and meet new people.

It’s not a class.

It’s not therapy.

You don’t need any experience with mindfulness.

Just bring your curiosity.

☕ We’ll have coffee or tea together afterwards.

🌱 It’s free.

👥 Only 5 spots.

If you’d like to join, send me a message and I’ll send you all the details. 🤍 by @chaiwithkimia

Dm me and ask for the information please! 🇮🇹 Da tanto tempo volevo creare uno spazio così.

Negli ultimi anni ho provato tante piccole cose: scrivere, leggere, disegnare, meditare…

🇬🇧

I’ve wanted to create something like this for a long time.

Over the past few years, I’ve tried lots of small practices: writing, reading, drawing, meditation… not because I had to, but because I was curious.

Every single one taught me something about myself.

So I decided to organize a small gathering in Turin.

It’s not a workshop.

It’s not a class.

And I’m not an expert.

I simply want to create a space where curious people can meet, share their experiences, and have meaningful conversations.

There will only be 5 of us, over coffee or tea.

The event is free and will be held in English. You don’t need perfect English—just curiosity and an open mind.

If this resonates with you, send me a DM and i give you the details 🤍 #italia #torino #lifeabroad #mindfulness #wellness by @chaiwithkimia
