🔉🎧 The Hans Keller Forum at Burgh House 🎻🎹 A new three-year collaboration between @BurghHouse1704, a hidden gem in London’s Hampstead and @ChamberStudioUK, supported by The Cosman Keller Art & Music Trust, brings together emerging chamber musicians, distinguished mentors and the artistic legacy of Milein Cosman. As a lifelong lover of classical music, I don’t often have the chance to hear chamber music in the intimacy of a drawing room. Sitting just a few feet from the musicians, I could watch fingers lift and fall across the piano keys, hear bows draw breath from the violin and cello strings, and feel each note shimmer through the room. It was one of the most surreal and immersive live music experiences I’ve ever had. Although still undergraduates at the Royal College of Music @rcmlondon, the musicians displayed extraordinary skill, sensitivity and maturity. By the end of the evening, sound, space, movement and human connection had fused into something almost tangible — a rare harmony in which the whole became far greater than the sum of its parts.
