The look says it all.

Back at @champagnepommery after 4 years. Some places are always worth coming back to. And I enjoyed discovering the art pieces chosen for cellar.

I’m still trying to fall in love with rosé Champagne.

I choose it very rarely. What about you?

But have you ever wondered why rosé Champagne is often more expensive than the classic blanc?

Tasting champagne is about much more than just the flavors you sip — it’s about the whole experience. The space, the glass, even the bottle itself all add to the story.

At @domaine_delalot every detail matters. The unique bottle shape immediately catches your eye, and from that moment, you know you’re in for a truly memorable experience. Each sip reveals more than just taste — it’s also about the atmosphere and the care behind it.

Biodynamic Champagne: The Believers vs. The Sceptics

It’s more than just organic farming. It’s a philosophy that treats the vineyard as a living ecosystem — from the soil and biodiversity to lunar cycles and natural preparations.

Some believe it helps reveal a more authentic sense of terroir. Others remain sceptical.

Either way, biodynamic Champagne is a fascinating world worth exploring.

Plans are important.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about what’s next - new destinations, new ideas, and a few dreams that deserve a toast.
Hello September.

@moetchandon is almost impossible to miss.

For some champagne lovers, its popularity is even a little frustrating: “Why is everyone talking about this one bottle?”

But there is a reason.

@moetchandon didn’t become famous by accident. Its success comes from centuries of history, a consistent style, global distribution and a powerful connection with celebration and luxury.

Love it or question it, one thing is clear — Moët changed the way the world recognises Champagne.

More than just champagne

You have to visit @amanteibiza. Not only for champagne moments. It has two completely different sides and moods: one by day and another by night. Don’t miss this place when you’re in Ibiza.

Too cold or too warm?

Champagne’s temperature can change the entire tasting experience.

Too cold, and its delicate aromas stay hidden.
Too warm, and its freshness and balance can be lost.

The right temperature reveals what makes each Champagne unique - its aromas, texture and complexity.

Because every detail matters.
