RESULTS ✅️ I began training @sb_jaquez and her son Enzell back in April. Their Goals were to ▪️Burn Fat ▪️Tone Up ▪️Increase Endurance During these past few months, they've made tons of progress. And never backed down from any exercise I gave them. Each day, they get healthier and stronger. I'm proud of what they've accomplished and excited to see what they accomplish next, Great Job Stephanie and Enzell👏🏾🔝 WHO'S NEXT?? 💪🏾🥇 #personaltrainer #motivator #innovator #lifechanger #fullbodyworkout #results #endurance #fatburn #calorieburn #fitforlife #fitmodel #blackfitness #confidence #consistency #dedication #determination #dontgiveup by @champfitness_llc

CHAMP SPOTLIGHT 💪🏾🏅🔥 Lawrence is another one who's been hard at work this year. He's a biker 🏍 who wants to stay in shape for rides plus be able to lift his bike without back pain. So we focus on full body training (Heavy on legs & core), and we always make sure that form is on point. Here he is killing the essential basics in a Champ Circuit 💪🏾🏅🔥 • ▪️20 TRICEP DIPS Bodyweight movement great for tricep building and toning, body control, and very instrumental in most upper body lifts. • ▪️10-15 Walking Lunges (Down & Back) Functional leg movement great for balance, core stability, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and agility. • ▪️20 BENT OVER ROWS Upperback movement. Very good for posture, and instrumental in doing heavy lifts...like picking up a motorcycle for instance. • ▪️10-15 GOBLET SQUATS Very good for leg strength, hip mobility, core and Upper-Body to an extent. Elevating the heels helps to go lower in the squat, get a deeper stretch in the quads, and improves posture while squatting heavy. • ▪️10-15 ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS Very good for hamstrings and glutes. Gets the body prepared to lift heavy objects without pressuring or damaging your lower back. With all of this and more he's reached a phenomenal body transformation. Keep up the good work Lawrence🙏🏾👏🏾 THIS COULD BE YOU!! CHAMP SPOTLIGHT 💪🏾🏅🔥 My Client Harsha had been putting in work since January. Her consistency has been on point, her form has improved tremendously, and with good nutrition it all resulted in a great body transformation. She's also a Bollywood dancer. Here she is killing a good full-body Champ Circuit💪🏾🏅🔥 • ▪️15-DB Overhead Press Great for shoulder strength and stability, core stability, and helps improve everyday activities like lifting objects onto high shelves for example. • ▪️20-Calf Raises Great for calf strength, ankle mobility, balance, and knee rehab. Being that Harsha is a dancer this helps with her balance and footwork. • ▪️15-Lateral Raises Great for strengthening and toning the lateral deltoid of the shoulder. • ▪️15-Lateral Kicks (each leg) Builds Hip strength, shapes and tones the outer thighs, upper glutes, and works lateral balance and coordination. Great Work Harsha💪🏾✅️👏🏾 THIS CAN BE YOU!! JOIN THE CHAMP FITNESS TEAM DM ME FOR SESSIONS 📲 #personaltrainer #ChampFitnessLLC #motivation #explorepage #strengthtraining by @champfitness_llc
One year. One commitment. One incredible transformation. 💪🏾🔥✅️ A year ago, she made the decision to trust the process. Through consistent weightlifting, step aerobics, and showing up even on the days she didn't feel like it, she completely transformed herself. She didn't just lose weight—she became one of the strongest and most consistent steppers in my class. Watching her go from learning the routines to absolutely owning them has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. This is what happens when the right plan meets consistency. If you're looking to lose weight, build lean muscle, improve your fitness, and have fun doing it, let's get to work. Your before-and-after story could be next. @hey_itskrista Congratulations! The hard work is paying off, and we're just getting started. 🏆 #ChampFitnessLLC #transformationjourney #WeightLossJourney #StepAerobics #weighttraining by @champfitness_llc

Somehow it didn't make the cut, but Mike loved it so much he did it for his album 'Invincible". Its also dope to hear his natural voice lol!!
