I’ve been keeping a secret… I wrote a children’s book! 🥹

What started as a thought of “I feel so much better after a walk outside” turned into “how do I teach the importance of connecting with nature to my kids?”
This book does exactly that ☀️

Each scene holds a lesson: strength, belonging, self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and self-expression…all things we can learn from nature when we slow down and pay attention.

Thank you to @kateryna.cherniavska for her amazing talent and working together to bring this story to life 🥹❤️

Spread the word! Let’s Go for a Walk is available for purchase on Amazon now!

I’m learning to embrace movement in whatever way feels good for my body while pregnant. But one thing I don’t want to do is put my life on pause, especially with my twin toddler boys. I still want to explore, make memories, and find little ways to prioritize ME along the way.

Our @burleydesign D’Lite X Double and Jogger Kit have made it easier to do just that. With our Burley, getting outside and exploring is so much more manageable, and I love that I don’t have to choose between quality time with kids and making time for movement.

One thing I don’t hear talked about enough with egg freezing is the feeling at the end.

Sometimes, years later, you have to decide what happens to the eggs you never used… and it brings up unexpected feelings!

That moment can take you right back to your younger self when things were so uncertain, but wanting to give yourself options. It’s a strange mix of gratitude, reflection, and letting go.

My experience is just one version of this, and I know fertility stories can be incredibly different and difficult. I share mine with that in mind 🫶🏻 But if you’re considering egg freezing and want the practical details (cost, meds, retrieval, recovery, storage fees) ask me anything 🤍

One thing I’m learning in this season of motherhood is making memories doesn’t mean making big plans. It’s as simple as getting outside, finding a new trail, and letting the boys’ curiosity lead the way. Fresh air, a little movement, and quality time with my two favorite adventure buddies ✨

Our @burleydesign D’Lite X Double has made it so much easier to say ‘yes’ to these little adventures, especially while pregnant. Less time buckling in and out of the car - more intentional time outside ☀️
