Hi, I’m Jenny. Thanks for following along ❤️ by @charitymom

Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and surrounded by people who believe in them.

Our co-founder, Jenny Lawson, was honored to speak at UNT Leaders in Family Education’s Capes and Comfort event, sharing in a mission rooted in hope, compassion, and the power of showing up for children and families.

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with future leaders and inspire the next generation of heroes who will make a lasting difference in the lives of children. 💙✨

Capes & Comfort was a meaningful and impactful event at UNT, hosted in collaboration with the student organization Leaders in Family Education!

Together, we focused on helping families cope with illness and highlighting the importance of compassion, connection and support during challenging times. 🦸‍♀️💛

Earlier this week, we stopped by Cook Children’s in Fort Worth to donate 300 LEGO sets in honor of Joel, a former patient whose legacy continues to make a difference. 🧱✨

Joel’s middle school, Worthington Middle School, came together to collect LEGO sets for children currently fighting cancer, giving them the opportunity to build, create, smile and simply be kids while navigating one of the hardest battles imaginable.

We’re so grateful to Worthington Middle School for turning compassion into action and helping us bring moments of joy to children who need it most. 💛

The love for a child never ends, and their memory lives on in the hearts of those who love them.

This Child Loss Awareness Month, we honor the children who are forever loved and remembered, and the families who carry their memory every day.

Heroes for Children provides financial assistance with funeral expenses for families who have lost a child to cancer. While no amount of support can ease the pain of such a loss, we hope to relieve one financial burden and remind families that they do not have to face these difficult moments alone.

I’m so grateful to have a husband, partner, best friend in this life who supports me unconditionally. Winnie the Pooh and Eeyore attended the @heroesforchildren Night at the Museum last night for our families. ❤️ Thanks to my husband James for being my “best unpaid employee” by @charitymom

As Co-Founder of @heroesforchildren, I know firsthand what it’s like to hear the words “your child has cancer.” That’s why I started a Moms Council in Houston and Dallas/Ft Worth. Quarterly get togethers for moms of cancer patients to connect, share, bond, and support. Spending time with these beautiful moms inspires me regularly.

We had a wonderful time together this week in Houston experimenting with different scents to make homemade candles. Thankful to have spent time with my heroes this week! #childhoodcancer #cancermoms #nonprofitcofounder #heroesforchildren by @charitymom

Yesterday, we were so grateful to bring our Heroes for Children families out to the ballpark for a special day filled with fun, smiles, and unforgettable memories.

Thank you, @rangers for helping make this experience possible for our families! ⚾️
